Your role at Clorox:
The S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Manager supports their Business Unit (BU) by leading the S&OE process across the BU and working cross-functionally to identify variances in actual performance on both demand and supply within the designated execution window. They orchestrate and recommend strategic decisions to re-synchronize demand and supply by clearly identifying the problem statement, recommending proposed solutions, and highlighting relevant tradeoffs in order to execute the plan.
In this role, you will:
S&OE Planning
- Drives weekly S&OE process across 0–2 month time horizon, implementing near-term planning against BU constrained forecast and integrated business plan.
- Tracks execution, identifies demand and supply gaps to S&OP plan, and drives balanced demand / supply resolution, in coordination with impacted functions and stakeholders.
- Assesses and balances tradeoffs to strategically to meet near-term BU goals, which are escalated in weekly BU S&OE Meeting to IBP Lead and GM as warranted.
Execution
- Proactively identifies and escalates risks to forecast consumption, service levels, and inventory to deliver against the demand plan.
- Highlights opportunities to improve delivery of plan (e.g. higher service level, lower cost, etc.) within the execution window by tracking production variances, FDOS, Case Fill, Working Capital.
- Monitors innovation, promotions and item transitions to ensure proper supply and demand plans are in place.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinates across BU (e.g. BU Leadership Team / Supply Chain Squad) to ensure delivery of short term plan, and appropriately escalates of issues in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership

- Review clinical progress of patients and coordinates communications to referring, valve and primary care physicians along with the research team.
- Plan, organize and provide direct care to the valve patient.
- Facilitate the development of a patient specific teaching plan.
- Review patient’s current health information, relay information and make referrals as necessary to the physician and research partners.
- Serve as a resource for the hospital staff regarding the care of the valve patient.
- Educate patient and families regarding planned procedures, medications and treatments.
- Make referral as appropriate as noted by the physician

- Responsible for full nursing assessment of clinic patients, including documentation of vital signs, sign and symptoms of disease process, NYHA and angina class.
- Responsible for reviewing all diagnostic imaging studies, lab values and notify MD as appropriate for abnormal findings.
- Knowledge and application of pertinent computer programs and imaging software
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

The Energy Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting our Clients in New York State, Hudson Valley region. This individual shall be responsible for the identification and documentation of energy conservation opportunities that generate energy savings at their respective sites, as well as assisting the client with O&M support as requested. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Job Responsibilities- Identify and implement energy conservation opportunities, and help facilitate the implementation of projects, initiatives, and programs that reduce energy consumption and demand.
- Assist with identifying and evaluating energy efficiency measures, calculate the savings potential of measures, and prepare assessment reports.
- Develop cost and payback analyses for identified initiatives.
- Develop detailed technical reports and participate in Client presentations of findings.
- Data evaluation and interpretation.
- Participate in meetings and demonstrate appropriate level of technical capabilities.
- Troubleshoot system operational issues that impact system operation and energy efficiency.
- Utilize effective management skills and communication to deliver results.
- Capable of developing technical reports that can be effectively communicated.
- Technical Operations and Maintenance assistance, including service contract management support
- Assist our Clients in meeting the requirements mandated State and Federal energy efficiency programs.
- Assist our Clients in researching applicable utility rebate programs
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management and/or energy engineering
- Must have a strong HVAC and/or controls background and experience working on large scale centralized boiler plants, chiller plants and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem solving, communication and collaborative team building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software: Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Holds a driver?s license and access to a vehicle are essential requirement for this position.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

Summary
Functions as an emergency response medical professional that administers immediate medical care to victims of accidents, violence, and sudden illnesses such as cardiac arrests or strokes. Provides pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility.
Job Duties
- Represents the ambulance service while on duty at public service functions, expositions, and other public events and provides ambulance stand by services when necessary.
- Documents full assessment and treatments in patient care charting software.
- Cares for patients in psychiatric, medical, and traumatic crisis by providing medical, traumatic, and therapeutic services.
- Serves as a member of a two-member ambulance crew responding to emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Operates equipment such as bag valve mask resuscitators, external defibrillators, and electrocardiograms for advanced life support applications.
- Assesses the nature and extent of injury or illness to establish and prioritize medical procedures to be followed such as stabilization, immobilization, lifting, and moving of victims from scene of any accident or catastrophe.
- Responds to instructions from a dispatcher and drives and operates specially equipped emergency vehicles to specified locations at a safe and controlled speed.
- Administers drugs via injection, intravenous procedures, or oral administration under the direction of a physician.
- Communicates with professional medical personnel at emergency treatment facility to obtain instructions regarding treatment.
- Cleans and decontaminates ambulance after transporting or treating any patient with infectious disease and reports infectious disease to relevant authorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to assess needs of acute and chronically ill patients and their families.
- Ability to document and communicate pertinent information using computer and/or paper documentation tools.
- Demonstrates age-specific competencies in the care of neonates, infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers, school aged, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety precautions.
- Must be able to apply advance knowledge and training, developing and executing a plan of care, and rapidly intervene in life-saving procedures.
