Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Manager, applies professional talent planning, sourcing, recruitment and on boarding methods in the development, implementation and administration of MVHSβ talent management goals, systems, processes, policies and procedures.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Assist hiring managers in defining their strategic workforce needs as a foundation for understanding recruitment objectives. As well as defining the qualities, characteristics and KSAs for positions open for recruitment.
- Reviews search strategies with MVHS hiring managers to determine sourcing options for talent stream development, developing and leveraging appropriate sourcing approaches and methods to develop the sourcing talent pool of high match candidates.
- In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialist and the hiring manager, writes talent sourcing campaign materials specific to each individualized search, and targeted to high potential candidates from a βcandidate valueβ perspective. Reviews campaign materials with manager prior to posting.
- Daily tracks and reviews candidates received through sourcing methods for match with position specifications for each search campaign, and timely reaches out to applicants and managers regarding potential candidacy for each search.
- Routinely confers with hiring manager(s) on talent campaign status and slate of available candidates to assess effectiveness of talent campaign, updating and improving campaign approaches and methods as needed.
- Assist hiring manager in scheduling individual or team behavior interviews, preparing interview guides and scoring guides as needed. Assist in training behavioral interview teams on interview process, legal issues involved in interviewing, and on utilization of interview and guides to evaluate candidatesβ potential for performance against expectations.
- Serves as routine contact for applicants and candidates in assigned areas to ensure high engagement throughout the interview, selection and on boarding process.
- Assesses candidates with hiring manager in preparation for candidate selection, verifying quality selection process.
- Assist the hiring manager in continuing onboarding contacts with selected candidate, including supervisor and team welcome note, pre-orientation onboarding material, orientation information, and other related candidate engagement interactions.
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited University in business administration, HR or closely related field.
- An associate degree in business administration, HR or closely related field along with four (4) years of direct experience in healthcare recruitment may substitute for a bachelorβs degree.
- Minimum one (1) year recruitment experience

In the U.S., Cohabs operates 50 properties across New York City and Washington, DC, with plans to acquire 25+ new properties annually as we continue expanding nationwide. We target 3-5 unit (3,000-12,000), vacant free-market residential properties as well as office conversions.
The Acquisition Manager will report directly to the US Senior Director and will assist with the sourcing, underwriting and closing of New York City assets. The hire would initially focus on New York with the opportunity to expand into several new markets.
Responsibilities
Source Deals
- Build a network of multi-family brokers within New York City to source new opportunities
- Maintain a large pipeline of potential opportunities with weekly reporting to the US and HQ teams on actionable deals
Tour, Underwrite and Present New Deals
- Tour properties, take measurements, assess physical condition, and evaluate co-living feasibility
- Collaborate with architects, GCs, and the design team to develop co-living floor plans and business plans
- Underwrite opportunities and prepare detailed investment memoranda for U.S. and HQ approval
- Support due diligence, financing, and other pre-closing tasks

Position Summary:
This Professional will focus on identifying, recruiting, and placing highly qualified healthcare sales and recruiting professionals with our organization. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Strategic Recruitment & Sourcing:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, social media, networking events, referrals, and other creative channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various healthcare staffing/recruiter roles, including our various departments where we recruit physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals.
Candidate Screening & Engagement:
Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidatesβ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Foster relationships with candidates by providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the hiring process.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Operations/CEO

Placement Coordination:
Facilitate the interview alongside the leadership and team, selection, and helping to make a determination on candidates.
Facilitate Onboarding Structure and Schedule
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Stay informed about trends in healthcare staffing, recruitment strategies, and market demands.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment effectiveness and address industry challenges.
Monitor and report key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate engagement, and placement success rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Masters Preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably within the Healthcare Locum Staffing Sector.
Strong understanding of Staffing Industry
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, including ATS systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement a company-wide training and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Identify learning needs through assessments, feedback, and collaboration with leadership.
Set measurable objectives and track the effectiveness of training programs. Sit in on candidate interviews
Training Program Design & Delivery
Oversee, update and continuous implementation of innovative training materials using various formats (e.g., Updating Trainual, In-person, e-learning, workshops).
Create Training Schedule for New Hires
Ensure content aligns with best practices in adult learning and is accessible to diverse audiences. Partner with subject matter experts to deliver targeted training.
Leadership Development
Design and implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders. Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to recruiters.
Performance Management
Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Align training initiatives with employee performance goals and career development plans.
Team Management. Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of programs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Provide regular reports to senior management on training outcomes and ROI.

Job Description This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Northfield, IL.
Main Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during high-visibility interview stages, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
Own end-to-end coordination and execution of high-touch interviews, including on-site, final-round, executive, and priority interviews.
Manage complex scheduling scenarios involving senior leaders, multi-panel interviews, and time-sensitive hiring needs.
Coordinate interviewer readiness by confirming participation, sharing interview materials, agendas, and expectations.
Partner with the recruiters and other recruitment coordinators to: Ensure interview plans are executed as designed and aligned with hiring strategy and business priorities.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or experience challenges to ensure a smooth candidate and interviewer experience.
Collaborate to transition ownership between standard and high-touch interview processes.
Drive timely interview feedback collection and follow-up to support efficient hiring decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve interview workflows, candidate communications, templates, and overall interview experience.
Escalate risks, delays, or experience concerns appropriately to minimize impact to hiring timelines and candidate perception.
Additional project-based work as needed.

Our client is a privately-held organization with a track record of investing in over 100K+ units and transacting on $10 Billion+ in Real Estate.
This role will work with a team focused on driving and closing deals brought in by originations, including underwriting, structuring, negotiating and closing equity investments on Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) affordable housing communities throughout the nation for a recognized leader in the field.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze projects to determine feasibility and run and manage projections that ensure projectβs yield is maintained at closing
- Assess market conditions, review and analyze all third party data (e.g. market studies, construction plan and cost reviews, Phase ones, appraisal, etc.); and other DD provided for underwriting guidelines
- Underwrite transactions by addressing strengths/weaknesses of a transaction, including identifying how risks are managed
- Oversee Underwriters who provide support in the closing of the LIHTC equity investment;
- Prepare investment package and present for Investment Committee approval
- Work closely with legal counsel and Acquisitions to negotiate partnership agreements with developers
- Work closely with Investor Relations team to place deal in an investment fund
- Manage expectations and relationships with developer clients throughout the underwriting and closing process
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or related field (Masterβs Degree preferred);
- 5-10 years of execution of LIHTC deals from syndication or developer side.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and financial modeling;
- Highly motivated self-starter, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills;
- Some travel required
