Ensuring that implemented procurement processes, technology and enablers are consistent with the business objectives. Providing a robust user friendly, efficient and effective 'digital procurement' experience, specifically related to procurement data and analytics. In addition, provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Advise on the CRH Category tree (internal taxonomy based on e-class structure) and manages the master mapping of the CRH category tree to all local ERPs within Snowflake. Understands the CRH and local taxonomies and has the ability to work with the businesses to handle initial mappings as well as updating when required
• Works with other PPR, divisional procurement and ERP owners to constantly identify areas for data quality improvement. Proactively improves data quality within their control and provides the analysis and specific data to colleagues in areas where action is needed from others (accurate classification of invoices & PO’s)
• Collaborates with the businesses to understand additional data needs and works across the PPR team and with internal IT partners to ensure additional data sources are integrated and necessary analytics and dashboards can be provided from the data
• Analyses data set to provide insights to Procurement community
• Builds Tableau dashboards with existing data sets in Snowflake to support the category teams and divisional teams
• Provides ad-hoc support to category and divisional teams for specific analysis, as required
• Provides ad-hoc analysis & support to Procurement leadership
• Working with IT and approved AI solutions, utilizes AI to enhance value from our data and provide to the Procurement community

Data Analyst - Transportation

Overview:

This position is for a Data Analyst who can manage Supply Chain’s SQL server data, Big Query data warehouse, Alteryx workflow (ETL) and Tableau Dashboard development. The candidate should be an excellent Alteryx and Tableau modeler who can build from requirement documentation with limited support.

Responsibilities:

• Performs advanced business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining
• Create informative reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
• Works closely with the internal or external client to understand available data elements, where they reside across various systems.
• Manages, architects, and automates the flow of information from various source systems through the supply chain SQL Server and ultimately into the Supply Chain Data Warehouse, ensuring clean, harmonized, and accurate data.
• Ability to work and communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams while bridging the communication gap between the two.
• Ensure a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in generating reporting outcomes for business leaders, including near-time operational reporting.
• Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, including key Transportation initiatives.
• This role will also be critical in managing and integrating financial, operational, and transactional data to support our Transportation and Distribution Center (DC) network—comprising 9 DCs and handling approximately 500+ million annual case transactions.
• Support the managing OpEx & CapEx supply chain budget, including cost optimization and ad hoc financial tracking.

Qualifications:

• Technical expertise in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of and experience working with data stores, data extraction & cleansing, analyzing large volumes of data using analytical tools, and in building data models.

This person will play a critical role in maintaining access to high quality data necessary for the development of solutions that will deliver value and improve the experience for stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare data, the regulatory landscape and business development experience to successfully negotiate and secure data agreements that will enhance our product portfolio.

• Identify and evaluate potential data sources of interest that expand Surescripts' data portfolio. Create comprehensive value propositions for how the data could be used within Surescripts' solutions, and valuation of the data to make offers to data sources for data acquisition.
• Drive business development efforts to secure agreements that enhance Surescripts' data portfolio. With guidance from leadership, execute strategies to identify and approach potential data partners, and successfully negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop strategies to align customer incentives with broader data-dependent initiatives. Interface with Surescripts Network Alliance partners to negotiate data usage rights, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in data rights, privacy regulations, and the healthcare industry. Apply and share this knowledge to improve data procurement strategies and ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field;
• 8+ years of experience in business development and/or related experience in the procurement/acquisition of healthcare data.
• Strong understanding of regulations around healthcare data, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA).
• Ability to evaluate the value and quality of data assets and their applicability to business needs.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated success in business development and deal negotiation.
