As the Data Analyst, Strategic Insights & Visualization you will play a dual role within our data organization: you will be the primary storyteller for our business performance, but you will also be a hands-on technical practitioner responsible for the integrity of our reporting suite. Responsibilities

Technical Execution

• Reporting & Visualization: Act as the primary resource for building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. Personally manage the end-to-end deployment of Power BI Apps, ensuring high performance and intuitive user experiences.
• Metric Logic: Write and optimize the SQL and DAX required for complex business logic. Work with the data engineering team to pull the necessary data across source systems. Take ownership of metric definitions to ensure consistency across all departments, from ERP inventory tracking to Ecommerce sales performance.
• Support & Triage: Manage the support queue for reporting incidents. Investigate data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis on quality issues, and ensure that our "source of truth" remains accurate and trusted by the organization.

Leadership & Operations

• Data Governance: Lead the development and maintenance of the enterprise data dictionary and business glossary. Ensure that all technical terms are translated into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Quality Control: Define and implement data quality rules and readiness scoring. Monitor data freshness and completeness, proactively alerting the engineering team when pipelines impact reporting SLAs.
• Security & Access: Help define access control and data security within the reporting environment, ensuring that users have the appropriate permissions and that sensitive data is protected according to company standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Business Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the data team and business leaders. Translate vague requests ("we need better inventory insights") into clear technical requirements and prioritized project milestones.
• Domain Prioritization: Participate in quarterly planning to sequence requests for Ecommerce, ERP, and Operations. Collaborate with the AI/ML team to prioritize use cases and define KPIs for advanced analytics initiatives.
• Self-Service Enablement: Conduct work sessions with business users to promote BI tool adoption and empower departments to perform their own ad-hoc analysis.

Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role, preferably supporting Ecommerce or Retail operations.
• Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into robust, automated analytic reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries to extract and transform data
• Proven proficiency in Power BI and DAX; experience managing Power BI service, workspaces, and app deployments.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, specifically Star Schema and dimensional design.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or the Azure data stack.

Position Summary:

The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will manage, maintain, govern, and analyze SAP MRP and all modules of Planning systems/Platforms. Master Data to ensure and measure integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Provide clear direction, training and lead activities related to master data management and settings within the systems. Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure effective Master Data Management (Planning and MRP) and system functionality through governance, routines, reports, and stakeholder collaboration. Maintain SAP MRP and Planning data integrity—ensuring reliability, completeness, and accuracy for optimal supply chain, inventory, and transportation planning. Health Monitor Network (HMN) is seeking a Vice President, Data Analytics, Research & Insights to run a focused, practical insights and measurement function. This role is accountable for demonstrating performance, impact, and effectiveness of HMN’s digital and point-of-care solutions, supporting client decision-making, and elevating the quality and consistency of analytics and reporting across the organization.

Data Analyst - Transportation

Overview:

This position is for a Data Analyst who can manage Supply Chain’s SQL server data, Big Query data warehouse, Alteryx workflow (ETL) and Tableau Dashboard development. The candidate should be an excellent Alteryx and Tableau modeler who can build from requirement documentation with limited support.

Responsibilities:

• Performs advanced business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with Power BI Specialty to join a dynamic team of marketing analysts in driving forward our mission to transform business and ad tech data into valuable marketing insights. As a Data Analyst / Power BI Specialist in the Wiley Marketing team, you will play a crucial role developing strategically important shared data models for reports that influence strategic decision-making, shed light on campaign performance, and ensure the success of our publishing initiatives. We're looking for a methodical, future-thinker, who can support and guide others in the team to do the same. We have rich data landscape at our fingertips; this role is a key advocate in its practical application to benefit marketing effectiveness.

How you will make an impact:

• Develop and maintain shared semantic models in Power BI using star schema design.

• Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our BigQuery database for use in Power BI.

• Define and implement best practice report/data management through Microsoft Fabric integrations

• Review and maintain reports for performance optimizations, style consistency, and best practice improvements.

• Consult on and support building a data model and structure that enables efficient and accurate reporting and analysis.

• Consult on wireframe design during the early stages of building new reports to provide guidance on effective visualization and user experience.

• Consult on the development of strategically insightful reporting dashboards with actionable insights to support key stakeholder decision-making processes.

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience (4+ years) in Data Modelling, Data Analysis, or similar.

• Demonstrated experience with Power BI, semantic models, and other Microsoft Fabric tools.

• Demonstrated proficiency creating SQL queries to manipulate large datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on best practice and data governance.

• Strong attention-to-detail, with the ability to organize and maintain datasets using meticulous, self-determined methods.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to define requirements and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with BigQuery or other data warehousing platforms.

• Install, assemble, and modify containment systems that improve cooling efficiency in data centers
• Perform specialized cleaning and decontamination of equipment and areas to keep facilities running at peak performance
• Assist with deliveries, organize materials, and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow direction from supervisors to complete tasks safely, accurately, and on time
• Identify and report potential risks, always prioritizing safety

What We’re Looking For in a Field Technician – Entry-Level (Construction / Data Centers)

• 0–2 years of construction, technician, or trade experience (data center experience is a plus)
• U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizen, 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Comfortable working at heights, around noise, and in temperatures from 0–100°F+
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
