Senior Project Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center Construction (Traveling)

Location: Project Sites Across the U.S. Rotation Home: Cedar Rapids (IA) | Port Washington (WI) | Northern Virginia | Muskogee (OK)

An established general contractor delivering hyperscale data centers across the United States is expanding its mission critical construction team and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead large-scale data center projects.

With over $10 billion of active and upcoming data center construction, this is an opportunity to join a contractor at the forefront of the hyperscale infrastructure boom, delivering complex projects for some of the world’s largest technology companies.

These roles are site-based for the duration of each project, with regular flights home to Cedar Rapids IA, Port Washington WI, Northern Virginia, or Muskogee OK provided.

The Opportunity

You will take overall responsibility for field operations on large hyperscale data center builds, ensuring safe, efficient delivery while managing subcontractors, schedules, and site teams.

You’ll play a key leadership role driving project performance, safety culture, and coordination across complex mechanical and electrical scopes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all field construction activities
• Manage subcontractors and site teams across large-scale builds
• Drive safety culture and enforce best-in-class safety practices
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule and budget
• Develop and manage project schedules and two-week look-ahead plans
• Coordinate subcontractor work and site logistics

General Duties:

TSP (Teacher Special Program) appointments teach our Summer Preparation Bootcamp for the Master of Arts (M.A.) in Statistics program. This bootcamp is a short courses on one or more of the topic areas listed. Most TSP courses are taught in a 'bootcamp' 3-week format in late July and early August .
