As an Implementation Specialist, you’re the go-to person helping new customers get up and running with Unishippers. You’ll partner with our sales team and their clients to figure out what they need, set everything up, walk them through the tools, and be their main support for the first 30 days so they actually use and love the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Consultation
- Hop on calls with clients to really understand how they work and what they need so we can set them up with a solution that actually fits.
- Be their main point of contact during implementation so they always know who to go to.
Setup
- Customize the platform (Unishippers’ CRM, Salesforce, and/or third-party shipping tools) based on each customer’s workflow.
- Help move their data from old systems into the new ones so everything transitions smoothly.
- Run initial tests to make sure everything works as expected and that pricing/ratings are coming through correctly.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Lead live, hands-on training sessions for clients and end users on MyUnishippers.
- Stick with them after go-live as their go-to support person, handling questions and issues during the first 30 days.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work side-by-side with sales, billing, customer success, and account management to keep implementations on track.
- Share regular updates on each client’s status through a weekly Activation Report.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
- Spot potential roadblocks early and get in front of them so the client’s launch stays smooth.
- Troubleshoot and fix any technical issues that pop up.
Post-Implementation Support
- Keep supporting clients after launch to make sure they’re happy and getting value from the platform.
- Collect feedback and pass along insights to help improve both the implementation process and the product.

Role Purpose:
- The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the manufacture of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions. Level I associates are expected to execute process recipes, follow written procedures (SOPs), monitor equipment and processes, perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity, sampling, and conduct routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility and equipment.
- They are expected to attain a basic understanding of cGMP compliance while training under close supervision, demonstrating aseptic technique in handling of products and materials.
- 40% Set up, operate equipment, and monitor production processes, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations and report production in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMPs) and good documentation procedures (GDPs), review documentation as appropriate

- 10% Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as monitor pH, conductivity, test product samples, etc.

- 10% Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, support 6S programs

As a Youth Development Technician or Overnight Monitor, you will work directly with youth providing a safe and predictable environment during their sleeping hours and during their morning wake-up routine.
Utilizing the tools we provide, you will help role model, educate, and motivate youth in a manner that promotes their growth and development.

Promote growth through therapeutic groups and individual work with each youth.
Provide safety through room checks, room searches, continual supervision and documentation.
Deescalate during crisis, which can sometimes involve safety interventions and/or physical restraints.
Follow program processes and rules with each youth in order to keep consistency and work as a team.
Successfully complete initial and on-going training.
Hiring Requirements: High School Diploma or GED At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors.
Non-communicable diseases physical exam.
Must pass drug test.
Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.

* Paid Training Advancement Opportunities Job Duties include but not limited to: Designate senior staff as lead when not on duty.
Operates as Senior staff when on duty.
Ensures the safety and security of the facility.
Oversees the implementation of the patients schedule including intake and screening of new and existing patients.
Develops and implements systems to organize and monitor work activities.
Facilitates new employee on-the-job training.
Provides direction for overnight staff regarding job duties and responsibilities.
Schedules employee training to ensure that all mandatory training requirements are met; attends mandatory in-service meetings and trainings.
Conducts effective supervisory conferences and performance evaluations with employees, documents the content of such meetings, and provides feedback.
Conducts headcount checks, nightly safety checks, and outside perimeter checks per contracting/licensing requirements.
Utilizes crisis intervention techniques and responds and intervenes during conflicts.
Hiring Requirements: The following educational requirements are acceptable for this classification including: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university and one year work experience with children; OR Associate’s Degree or 60 Credit hours from an accredited college/university and three years work experience with children.
Other Qualifications: At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Criminal clearances (Specific state & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI) and background check.
Valid driver's license from employee’s state of residence.Valid registered vehicle insurance.
Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
