A-Line is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team.

In this role, you will provide critical care and support for patients with respiratory needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital or physician office setting and a strong understanding of pulmonary function testing, CPAP device initiation, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) management.

Job Posting: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Position: Full-Time Shift: three 12 hour shifts per week 7p-7a, including weekends.

Pay Rate: $55-60/hr Location: Summit, NJ Key Responsibilities: Perform pulmonary function testing and assist with CPAP device initiation.

Support patient requests for continued supply of DME equipment, such as oxygen concentrators and nebulizers.

Assist in patient education and training on the proper use of inhalers and other respiratory devices.

Set up and maintain patients with appropriate DME equipment.

Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy program

We’re hiring a Head of Partnerships to lead and expand our strategic partner ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on banking and financial services. You’ll drive foundational partnerships across banks, core banking platforms, system integrators, data providers, and consulting firms. What You Will Be Doing
  • Define and execute Unit21’s global banking and financial services partnerships strategy

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under limited supervision but the Radiologist's direction, the Ultrasound Technologist completes sonography procedures including routine sonograms and interventional sonograms including biopsies.

What you will do in this role:

  • Perform Ultrasound procedures as ordered and per protocol
  • Perform Ultrasound-guided biopsies and various centesis procedures.
  • Perform Ultrasound vascular procedures. Technologists will need to have completed documented cross training prior to performing these studies unsupervised.
  • Have working knowledge of each Ultrasound system within the department.
  • Be a team builder and team player.
  • Interact with customers in a pleasant, positive and courteous manner.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Control.
  • Work within the guidelines established in the policies and procedures manuals.
  • Comply with all infection control and safety procedures.
  • Work in accordance with the JCAHO, State and other regulatory or accreditation agencies, including the vascular accreditation body.
  • Will provide care for birth to pediatric, pediatric/child patients between 1 to 11 years of age; adolescent patients between 12 to 17 years of age; adult patients between 18 to 64 years; and geriatric patients 65 years and older.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

  • Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology and/or School of Sonography
  • Two-year program or four-year BA program in Radiology Technology followed by training in sonography or completion of requirements from an accredited school in sonography including meeting all clinical requirements
  • ARRT and/or ARDMS registry eligible required upon hire
  • ARDMS and RVT registration required within 12 months of hire

What you will do in this role:

  • Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
  • Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Manages evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures and enhance the exceptional care provided to patients.
  • Manages the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play an essential role in guiding patients through both routine care and critical moments. You’ll perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation across a variety of care settings. You’ll have access to advanced respiratory technology, mentorship from experienced RT leaders, and the support of a dependable, collaborative team that will set you up for success and ongoing professional growth. And with consistent, predictable scheduling, you’ll have the stability and resources to deliver your best care, continue building your expertise, and make a lasting impact on patient health every day. 

Your role will include:

  • Assessing respiratory status by performing focused exams, interpreting breath sounds and airway patency, and determining the need for respiratory interventions. 
  • Delivering evidence-based therapy by providing oxygen support, aerosolized medications, airway clearance techniques, and other treatments across emergency, critical care, and acute settings. 
  • Managing ventilation and airways by assisting with artificial airway placement, initiating and adjusting invasive and noninvasive ventilation, monitoring patient responses, and responding quickly to clinical changes or emergencies. 
  • Supporting patients and the care team by educating patients and families, serving as a clinical resource, partnering with physicians and nurses, and helping stabilize newborns during deliveries when needed. 
  • Maintaining equipment and safety by setting up, operating, and cleaning respiratory equipment; ensuring readiness and preventive maintenance; transporting ventilated patients safely; and following all infection-prevention standards. 
What qualifications you will need:
  • TN RRT or CRT licensure
  • Current NBRC certification
  • ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • Associate Degree
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • PALS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
