Job PurposeThis role requires collaborating with cross-functional divisions to develop automotive body structures and components in the Underbody Design department that meet or exceed customer expectations while balancing vehicle performance, styling, marketability, manufacturing, profitability, and other design constraints & considerations. Design responsibilities may include both structural and/or styled parts in the engine room, floor, and bumper areas utilizing a variety of materials (steel, aluminium, plastics, composites, etc.) as well as manufacturing processes (stamping, injection molding, extrusion, casting, etc.). Additional responsibilities may include researching & developing new technologies for future vehicle applications.
Key Accountabilities- Create and/or manage creation of 3D models, layouts, and 2D drawings using CATIA.
- Correlate and negotiate with internal Honda contacts including other design departments, test departments, styling studio, factories and purchasing.
- Lead part development activities with suppliers, setting design targets and confirming prospect to achieve requirements.
- Support part and vehicle verification, including developing countermeasures as necessary.
- Estimate and manage part cost, weight, and investment throughout development, including review of supplier quotes.

Position Summary
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, restocking supplies, and assisting with linen distribution and guest requests. This role ensures a seamless guest experience by upholding hotel cleanliness standards and providing essential operational support. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, elevators, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards
- Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to assigned floors or storage areas
- Collect and transport soiled linens and trash from guest floors to designated disposal or laundry areas
- Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas are organized and fully stocked
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, or other housekeeping needs
- Assist in deep cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and furniture polishing
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers
- Follow all hotel safety and security protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with inventory management by tracking and restocking housekeeping supplies as needed
- Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service always
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
- Proficient knowledge in cleaning experience
- Understanding of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and service standards
- Knowledge of proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Awareness of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
- Understanding of inventory control and supply restocking procedures
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Ensuring public areas, hallways, and supply closets are clean and well-maintained
- Supporting room attendants and other hotel staff by delivering linens, supplies, and assisting with heavy lifting
- Ability to identify and address guest needs or housekeeping concerns in a timely manner
- Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
- Adapt to shifting priorities and guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers
- Ability to properly use and maintain cleaning tools, carts, and equipment while following safety protocols
- Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish and English and understand written instructions in English
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
- Regularly work in adverse conditions and required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
- Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Position Overview
Lead the creative direction of women’s denim for two globally recognized brands — Scotch & Soda and Off-White. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Denim Designer to drive seasonal denim collections with a strong point of view, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.
Reporting to the Design Director, you will own the denim category from concept through production, shaping silhouettes, washes, fabric development, and overall category strategy. This role requires deep knowledge of denim construction, fit, and wash development, as well as the ability to translate global trend insight into commercially successful product.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and global wash houses to ensure elevated execution and brand alignment across international markets. This position offers the opportunity to lead a core category within a fast-paced, globally connected organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of seasonal women’s denim collections, including bottoms, jackets, and denim-driven fashion pieces.
- Establish seasonal denim direction across silhouette, proportion, fabrication, and wash, ensuring alignment with each brand’s distinct aesthetic.
- Own fabric and wash research, partnering with mills and global laundries to develop innovative denim fabrics, finishes, garment dyes, and specialty treatments.
- Translate creative vision into production-ready CADs, detailed tech packs, and denim specification packages, including wash standards and construction details.
- Oversee fit development in partnership with Technical Design, ensuring consistency in block standards, rise, leg shape, and overall garment balance.
- Drive trim development and hardware selection, including rivets, shanks, labeling, and brand-specific detailing.
- Partner with Merchandising to build denim assortments that balance innovation with commercial performance and margin goals.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Production to manage costing, lead times, and vendor capabilities across global factories and wash houses.
- Present seasonal denim concepts and line reviews to internal leadership and external partners.
- Stay deeply connected to global denim trends, competitive landscape, and consumer shifts to inform category growth and evolution.
- Leverage advanced AI-driven design tools, including Straight Lines AI, to support concept development, category exploration, and workflow optimization. Mamiye Brothers is an early adopter and industry pioneer in integrating AI into the fashion design process, using technology to enhance creativity, accelerate development, and drive innovation responsibly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 7–10 years of professional design experience with strong emphasis in women’s denim
- Deep understanding of denim construction, pattern development, and wash processes
- Experience working directly with global mills, laundries, and production partners
- Strong portfolio showcasing denim innovation, wash development, and silhouette evolution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience creating detailed, production-ready denim tech packs
- Familiarity with PLM systems
- Interest in leveraging AI-driven creative tools within the design process is a plus
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams
