The Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supervisor shall plan, organize, and supervise all pharmaceutical activities occurring in his/her respective pharmacy as directed by the Pharmacy Manager/Director. Such proceedings shall comply with the policies and procedures established by the WellStar Health System, federal, state and local laws governing the practice of pharmacy, and the rules and standards established by the regulatory agencies (e.g. TJC, Medicare, etc) involved in provision of health care. The Pharmacy Supervisor reports to the Manager/Director of Pharmacy.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

* Supervisory Responsibilities
* Responsible for day to day pharmacy operations for the pharmacy he/she supervises
* Trains/instructs (or delegates responsibility thereof) pharmacy personnel on their required duties upon hire or modification of programs and systems.
* Supervises pharmacy personnel in the performance of their duties.
* Counsels or takes disciplinary action as necessary when pharmacy personnel violate established policies, procedures, rules, regulation or accepted standards.
* Assists the Manager/Director of Pharmacy in writing and implementing department and system policies and procedures pertaining to drug distribution, use and control.
* Establishes work schedules to provide sufficient personnel to meet the needs of the facility (as approved by WellStars Senior Management and Board through the budgetary process).
* Performs annual reviews and submit for merit increases for pharmacy personnel (direct reports).
* Participates in and/or conducts and documents monthly staff meetings.
* Assists the Director of Pharmacy in preparing the annual operating and capital budgets.
* May review monthly financial reports, and contacts Accounting Department (analyst) to notify of discrepancies and provides information to the Director of Pharmacy concerning significant variances.
* Monitors revenues and expenses to identify deficiencies or excesses.
* Communicates issues and concerns, both internal and external, to the Manager/Director of Pharmacy.
Implemenation of Pharmacy Daily Operations that includes:
* Assumes other responsibilities as required to maintain high quality pharmacy services.
* Assists in entering Physician orders into Pharmacy Information system.
* Assures that workload is distributed equally between staff members.
* Communicates changes, issues, and problems to other supervisors.
* Provides distributive and clinical services during pharmacists vacations, illnesses, LOAs, etc, as well as, during short-staffed periods resulting from resignations and/or volume increases.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Controlled Substances
* Supervises the audits and monitoring to include but not limited to the following: all Controlled Substance Outstanding Transactions, accurate documentation entry of controlled substances received from the manufacture/wholesaler in to pharmacys perpetual inventory system , and all Open Discrepancies and reporting to the Director, or CEO if necessary. (per protocol)
* Ensures outdated Narcotics are correctly inventoried and packaged for return using all required forms.
* Maintains the pharmacy in a state of readiness for federal, state and local regulatory agency inspections (e.g. TJC, Drug Inspectors, etc.)
* Adheres to and enforces the rules and regulations established by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy.
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Education:

The Associate Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the Company. This position will partner with the Maintenance Manager to manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices, with an emphasis on the planning/scheduling of preventive, and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability by reducing machine downtime and unscheduled maintenance.


The Associate Maintenance Manager will partner with the Maintenance Manager to manage maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services and support production. This includes planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing product and employee complaints and resolving problems. The Associate Maintenance Manager will carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, OSHA regulations and applicable laws.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Enforce a safety culture that ensures a safe working environment for all employees that goes beyond complying with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintains facility and assets to meet regulatory guidelines (USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA).

  • Manage, train, and develop maintenance team members?through mentoring/coaching and coordination of individual developmental plans. Partners with HR on employee relations issues.
  • Communicate directly with the operations and quality teams to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.

Come join our Digital Branch as a Digital Banker and take your career to a level unattainable in a traditional bank environment! The Digital Banker is promotes the Bank's consumer lending, deposit gathering and non- interest income initiatives for the Digital Branch. This role represents the true voice of the client and will be at the forefront of delivering a superior experience to our clients. The primary objective of this role is to establish new whole relationships through building connections, initiating and renewing loans, and acquiring deposits. This role will participate and assist management with any sales campaigns and new digital banking technology roll outs, internal training, support, and adoption.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service- Provide high touch personalized customer service through daily virtual interactions with the client base. Conduct user surveys and collaborate with designers and engineers to identify efficient/scalable customer-centric solutions that drive user satisfaction, conversion rates, and automation.
  • Client Onboarding- Facilitate digital client onboarding and support.
  • Mission Objectives- Partner with internal resources to ensure adherence to and promotion of our commitment to sustainability practices and continued carbon neutrality.
  • Marketing & Sales- Provide full-service banking to digital clients with primary focus on increasing the bank's deposit and consumer lending base. Promote new banking opportunities that could be developed into high value strategic relationships. Assist with marketing strategies as they are related to introducing new products and services to prospective customers via the Digital Channel. Track the results of all campaigns and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Customer Retention- Work closely with internal business partners to expand products and services per customer to deepen customer relationships and increase customer retention.
  • Solar Lending- Assist with all aspects of the solar lending process and other values-aligned products delivered via the Digital Channel.
  • Development Team Support- Work with the development team to define detailed requirements, write user stories and help prioritize the backlog on .


Requirements:

  • Banking Experience- Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking systems and products and experience working in a bank environment. Educated in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
  • Training, Learning and Technology- Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and use new technology.
  • Efficiency and Organization- A well organized, resourceful self-starter with superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and thrive in high volume situations. Excellent time management and self-sufficient organization of one's tasks and workflow.
