The Role

As a Program Ambassador, Enterprise Services, you will act as the strategic advisor and relationship lead for a Global 500 partner’s Direct Source program. You will oversee program success, build alignment between hiring initiatives and business objectives, and exercise independent judgment in resolving workforce challenges. This role requires a balance of program design, workforce analytics, and high-level relationship management.

• Build, implement, and continuously improve a best-in-class Direct Source program tailored to the needs of our global partner.
• Collaborate with partner executives and hiring leaders to shape workforce strategies aligned with corporate goals and market conditions.
• Develop and execute a strategic program roadmap, including initiatives to improve talent pipelines, workforce diversity, and long-term scalability.
• Analyze market data, workforce trends, and competitive activity to produce actionable insights that inform program decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison for program escalations related to service delivery, billing, workforce performance, or policy, applying discretion and judgment in issue resolution.
• Lead regular program governance meetings, reporting on KPIs, fulfillment, and workforce strategy effectiveness to both internal leadership and partner executives.
• Provide advisory guidance to hiring managers and internal delivery teams, ensuring best practices in recruitment and program compliance.
• Become a subject matter expert in the partner’s culture, strategic initiatives, and workforce priorities to ensure program alignment and success.

Who You Are

• Experienced in program management, account management, or workforce solutions advisory, ideally within contingent labor or staffing environments.
• Skilled at interpreting data, developing forecasts, and making recommendations that influence business outcomes.
• Confident in working with senior partner stakeholders and facilitating discussions at the executive level.
• Knowledgeable about contingent labor programs, recruitment strategies, and workforce best practices.
• Known for exercising independent judgment and problem-solving in high-visibility, strategic situations.
• Adept with tools such as ATS platforms and workforce management systems.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the role

BSI is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Consulting Technician to join our dynamic EHS team in the Bay Area. This entry-level Consulting role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of experience in EHS consulting or corporate EHS.

In this client-facing role, you will perform exposure assessments, sampling, and monitoring, while supporting compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects and industries, working alongside experienced consultants in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct exposure assessments, investigations, sampling, and monitoring
• Support occupational health and safety compliance initiatives
• Assist with Occupational Health and Safety training and audits
• Contribute to sustainability and EHS-related projects (energy use, waste, environmental footprint, etc.)
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to clients
• Collaborate with senior consultants and ergonomic staff on evaluations

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in EHS or IH-related work (internships and co-ops count)
• Experience with IH sampling and monitoring (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
• Willingness to travel locally for client-related projects

Psychiatry – Consult Service

Duluth, MN

About the position:

• An in-person 1.0 FTE position, a rotation of 14on/14off.
• Our ideal candidate would be a strong team player, desiring 
• 7-day, service coverage model
• Call is 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overnight and weekend call is shared by the physician pool.  Average call is once a week while on service.
• Telehealth to critical access hospitals in area
• Managing the care of psychiatric patients in the emergency department, including leading care rounds, triage, and evaluation
• Consultation to Level 1 Trauma Center

About our Behavioral Health Team:

• Join a group of 9 adult and 4 child and adolescent psychiatrists as part of a Behavioral Health Care Team. Other members of the team include doctoral level psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, RN’s, and clinical assistants.  The Behavioral Health Division provides a spectrum of care for children and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, consult-liaison, and emergency psychiatry, ECT procedures (not providing at the current time but the goal is to start again), intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services, and an outpatient behavioral health clinic. The Division also includes Health Psychology doctorate and master’s level psychologists.
• The Behavioral Health Department provides a spectrum of care for children and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, consult-liaison and emergency psychiatry, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services, and an outpatient behavioral health clinic.
• Integrated pharmacist team includes a Hospitalist and Pharmacist
• Essentia Health Duluth hospital: Adult in-patient unit has 44 beds; Child/Adolescent inpatient unit has 16 beds.

Requirements: 

• BC/BE Psychiatry
• Interest in ECT would be a plus.
