The Role

The company is seeking a Head of Digital Growth Marketing to lead and scale its digital growth engine. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a performance-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, customer insight, and brand storytelling.

This position owns the full digital growth funnel across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing. The Head of Digital Growth Marketing will drive revenue growth, improve channel efficiency, and expand customer lifetime value across domestic and international markets. Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & Performance

• Own the digital growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing

• Define and manage KPIs including revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and contribution margin

• Develop a robust testing framework to continuously optimize performance and scale winning initiatives


Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)

• Lead segmentation, personalization, automation, and testing strategies to drive repeat purchase and long-term loyalty

• Oversee lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive while maintaining strong data integrity and regulatory compliance


Paid Media & Search

• Lead paid social and paid search strategy in partnership with external agencies

• Continuously test and refine creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and incrementality


Affiliate & Partnerships

• Grow affiliate and strategic partnership programs to drive incremental revenue while maintaining strong brand alignment


Analytics & Insights

• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance across all digital channels

• Translate data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and leadership decisions

• Own forecasting, performance reviews, and optimization roadmaps


Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team

• Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Retail, and E-commerce teams to support product launches and campaigns

• Establish scalable processes and strong agency partnerships while fostering a culture of accountability and experimentation


Who You Are

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing within a DTC or e-commerce environment

• Proven track record driving measurable growth across email, SMS, paid social, paid search, affiliate, and lifecycle programs

• Highly analytical and comfortable owning performance metrics, forecasting, and growth planning

Job Summary


The Traceability and Sustainability Manager is accountable for supporting and executing GoldBug’s initiatives pertaining to environmental compliance, product sustainability, and supply chain traceability programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role executes GoldBug’s initiatives and reports progress internally, and externally within the supply chain and industry.


This position manages, tracks and reports updates and data related to environmental and traceability programs and applicable regulations. This role also works closely with cross-functional teams, and suppliers to develop positive working relationships, ensuring their comprehension and adherence to GoldBug’s goals, procedures, and requirements.


The Traceability and Sustainability Manager is the subject matter expert, responsible for informing the decision-making process and decision makers, as well as, ensuring that retailer and regulatory sustainability and traceability initiatives are met per defined parameters and within the corresponding timeframes, engaging the appropriate teams and keeping all parties informed.


Key Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build, implement, and maintain processes to support sustainability and traceability strategies and customer specific initiatives related to product, packaging, and supply chain with a focus on tier II suppliers.
  • Manage the internal and external traceability programs, across all suppliers.
  • Manage data collection, calculation, and reporting for various annual customer and regulatory requirements including GHG emissions through the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), Conflict Mineral surveys, extended producer responsibility regulations (EPR), and other environmental reporting expectations.
  • Identify, research, and recommend certifications for products and product inputs to support sustainability claims, educating internal teams to the certification criteria.
  • Be proactive and stay current on industry trends related to sustainability and supply chain mapping, communicating updates to appropriate internal and external teams.
  • Maintain pulse on upcoming state, federal, and international regulations (i.e., emerging chemicals of concern, sustainability, and traceability), determine applicability to GoldBug’s business, and develop and implement plans to ensure the company’s compliance as regulations become effective.
  • Develop and refine internal procedures, supplier guidelines, tools, and training to scale implementation of pilot programs, in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collect, evaluate, and verify chain of custody documents.
  • Participate in industry led sustainability working groups, workshops, informational webinars, and customer driven training programs.
  • Adapt processes to support migration of traceability workflows into technical platform and communicate data management and analysis requirements to internal and third-party tech teams.
  • Build and maintain programs to routinely measure supplier readiness to respond to traceability requests and implement CAPs to address gaps in performance working with overseas teams and factories
  • Communicate all traceability, sustainability and environmental requirements and updates to suppliers and internal teams, keeping all informed of expectations and ensuring compliance.
  • Initiate and roll out the Worldly (formerly Higg) facilities modules to our suppliers and ensure annual completion according to customer specific deadlines this includes coordination and tracking of FEM, vFEM and FSLM.
  • Work with Design and Product Development teams on new sourcing to ensure that suppliers have correct certifications before starting business relationships as well as developing current suppliers towards the correct certifications for any claims made.
  • Support cross functional teams including product development, production planning and overseas teams on material management projects related to supplier discovery, vetting, and nomination.
  • Engage with industry organizations, regulators, and customers.


Ideal Candidate


  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability, supply chain, or relevant work, preferably within the children’s, footwear, apparel, or textile industry.
  • Knowledge or experience related to sourcing chain-of-custody documentation (e.g., cotton, recycled polyester), supply chain mapping, conflict minerals reporting, UFLPA, etc.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with industry best practices in developing and scaling compliance requirements in manufacturing supply chains, including regional/global organizations and certifications supporting fair labor practices or product sustainability.
  • Knowledge of global industry trends related to corporate environmental and social responsibility.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, strong data analysis capability, and willingness to undertake diverse projects.
  • Ability to create strong and meaningful relationships with stakeholders including internal teams, suppliers, and any other 3rd party organizations to drive change.
  • Ability to travel as needed on a limited basis.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office suite and other data analysis and visualization programs.
  • Experience calculating and submitting GHG emissions through CDP
  • Has professional communication skills, a strong set of organizational skills, and has a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex, technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations

We're looking for a sharp, Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations to join our team. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role where you'll own the day-to-day operations across our U.S. and Canada official websites and TikTok Shop — from product listing optimization and sales data analysis to inventory management, order processing, and backend troubleshooting. You'll touch every step of the eCommerce workflow. What You'll Do

Visual Merchandising & Frontend Operations

  • Set up and continuously optimize product listings, categories, filters, and sorting logic across our U.S. and Canada websites.
  • Execute A/B tests on product placement and visual merchandising; measure impact on conversion, engagement, and time-on-site.
  • Manage daily frontend operations across all digital sales channels — inventory adjustments, product rearrangements, pricing updates, and stock monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, restocks, and visual merchandising to maximize consumer time spent on-site.
  • Track website visitor behavior (abandoned carts, add-to-cart rates, page view duration) and recommend UX improvements based on findings.
  • Monitor inventory levels using sell-through rates, order velocity, and return data to flag restock needs proactively.


Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Pull, clean, and analyze raw data from multiple platforms (website, TikTok Shop, etc.) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using Excel and basic SQL.
  • Build and maintain product performance reports — including sell-through rates, conversion metrics, and order volume trends — to support reordering, markdowns, and merchandising decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Specialist to identify top- and underperforming styles by channel.
  • Assess campaign-level sales trends at the product level and partner with Digital Marketing to refine product strategy.
  • Work with the Senior E-commerce Merchandising & Operations Specialist to monitor online data systems and deliver strategic insights to HQ.


Backend Operations & Cross-Functional Communication

  • Monitor daily operations and sales performance on TikTok Shop in coordination with our operations agency.
  • Oversee product flow and availability — warehouse-to-site transfers, backend system updates, and inventory sync accuracy.
  • Collaborate with SCM and 3PL teams to verify order status and proactively follow up on delayed or missing shipments.
  • Communicate with Accounting to resolve invoicing, refund, and payment issues impacting order processing.
  • Partner with Customer Service on escalated inquiries regarding order status, returns, exchanges, and product issues.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies between warehouse stock and system data; lead resolution efforts.
  • Report technical errors or sync failures to HQ and maintain clear communication across all internal teams.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce operations, Data Analytics, merchandising, retail analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency — you're comfortable building reports, using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and working with large datasets daily.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for pulling and querying data; familiarity with eCommerce analytics tools is a plus.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage many small, recurring tasks without letting things slip.
  • Analytical thinker who can translate raw numbers into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — you'll be coordinating across multiple teams and platforms simultaneously.
