Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and technical research related to software and electronics patents.

• Work closely with engineers, developers, and product teams to identify patentable innovations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• USPTO admission required or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar.

• 2–6 years of experience practicing as a Patent Associate Attorney or patent prosecution attorney.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Experience working within a law firm environment.
