Core Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Lead Coordination & Pipeline Support

Position Overview

The Senior Operations Manager plays an important role in ensuring our organization runs smoothly and responsibly in support of our mission. This position blends hands-on administrative work with systems coordination to support a team of eight dedicated staff members.

Role Summary

The Project Engineer (PE) supports the day-to-day execution of mission-critical data center construction by driving documentation, coordination, procurement tracking, and field communication. This role is central to keeping the project moving: managing submittals and RFIs, supporting schedule and cost controls, coordinating owner-furnished equipment (OFCI), and helping push quality, commissioning readiness, and turnover.

The PE works closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent(s), subcontractors, vendors, design partners, commissioning agents, and the client team to ensure work is coordinated, decisions are documented, and the field has what it needs to build safely and correctly.

Typical Project Types

Projects may include:

  • Ground-up hyperscale and enterprise data center builds
  • Retrofits and upgrades to live/operating facilities (brownfield)

Key Responsibilities

Submittals, RFIs, and Document Control (Primary)

  • Lead the submittal and RFI process end-to-end: logging, tracking, routing, follow-up, and closure.

  • Maintain clean, current project records: meeting minutes, logs, sketches, bulletins, and correspondence.

Summary of Duties:

The Construction Compliance and Contract Specialist supports Jostin Construction’s enterprise risk management process through proactive administration of construction contracts, insurance documentation, compliance programs, and risk mitigation systems. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, this role ensures that contracts, certifications, and insurance materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company and client standards. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Contract & Insurance Management

·        Manage and process all new and existing contracts and subcontracts to meet deadlines.

·        Review and track Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) for compliance.
