Responsible for inspection, installation, and repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-action, Deluge and Foam systems; Testing, rebuilding and/or replacing Backflow Preventers. Responsible for identifying trouble areas and performing service in an efficient and professional manner to ensure that sprinkler systems are operating properly. Responsibilities include:

Sprinkler and Backflow Systems Installation, Repair, & Service:

• Prepare jobsite, performing visual inspection of system, disabling horn & strobes, and alerting alarm company and fire department.
• Install/hang sprinkler systems and their components per NFPA and engineering guidelines.
• Install or replace wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems as needed.
• Repair and/or replace all sprinkler systems components.

Repair, replace and rebuild backflow preventers as necessary.

• Verify proper communication with monitoring station when working on a monitored system after repair.
• Perform system tests to verify alarm & sprinkler systems are working properly upon completion of repair.
• Complete installation paperwork in a timely manner and turn completed paperwork into branch management.
• Report Deficiencies to Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Fire Sprinkler Journeyman License
• 1-3 years field experience in Sprinkler and Backflow systems service.
• Fire and /or Life Safety Systems experience.
• Must have or be able & willing to attain state Sprinkler and/or Backflow Licenses.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to visually inspect and service sprinkler and backflow systems.
• Must be able to recognize alarm sights and sounds.
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes.
• May require ability to effectively use a Sprinkler Pipe Threader.

Responsible for protecting the Associates, assets and brands of TJX US by monitoring US facilities and responding to incidents as they occur. Position Overview 

The unarmed, uniformed security officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment at a manufacturing facility. Officers assigned to this position will rotate through multiple security posts and duties throughout their shifts, providing access control, screening, patrol, and general site security support. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce site policies while maintaining positive interactions with employees, visitors, and contractors. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

Post Rotation & Access Control 

• Staff the main entry and exit points of the facility, controlling access to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors
• Verify identification, badges, and access permissions in accordance with site policies
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper escort procedures are followed when required
• Monitor inbound and outbound traffic, including employee shift changes and deliveries

Weapons & Intellectual Property (IP) Screening

PRIMARY PURPOSE

CNA is hiring for the role of part-time Security Guard / Facilities Escort for weekends and holidays. This position is part of the Chief Security Office and is responsible for physical and data security at CNA headquarters with 24/7 security presence, to include front desk staffing, roving patrols and escorting. This position ensures the highest quality security services and preserve order in the protection of personnel, property, and sensitive information by enforcing security regulations, responding to alarms, and conducting security patrols and inspections. This position is responsible for access control, visitor management, and reporting security breaches. They may handle emergency situations, maintain logs, and prepare reports. This position provides escort services to visitors and conduct security inspections. The three weekend shifts CNA is hiring for is 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 - 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Eastern Time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience with high-level security experience on DOD or military site preferred. Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) certification preferred.

3. Skills: Familiarity with security protocols, emergency procedures, and relevant regulations. Familiarity / knowledge of DISS (Defense Information System for Security). Meticulous attention to detail. Basic computer skills to operate security systems and prepare reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate and explain dynamic situations coherently. Understand accountability and lead by example.

4. Clearance: Must have a current active secret clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance preferred.

Director of Safety & Security

Location: New York City (Overseeing all NYC Cipriani properties)

POSITION PURPOSE:

Cipriani is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Director of Security to lead all security operations across our New York City locations. This role is responsible for protecting our guests, employees, assets, and brand reputation while maintaining the elevated service standards synonymous with Cipriani. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strong leadership, risk management expertise, and hospitality-minded professionalism.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

• Oversee and standardize security operations across all NYC Cipriani properties, including restaurants, private clubs, event spaces, and corporate offices
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols
• Lead, train, and manage all security personnel (in-house and third-party), ensuring consistent coverage, performance, and professionalism
• Serve as the primary liaison with NYPD, FDNY, emergency services, and relevant regulatory agencies
• Obtain and maintain all necessary FDNY licenses and certifications required to operate all Cipriani restaurants, clubs, and event venues
• Conduct regular risk assessments, site audits, and vulnerability analyses across all locations
• Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA and NYC-specific workplace safety standards
• Oversee and enforce emergency evacuation procedures, fire safety protocols, and workplace safety drills across all locations
• Monitor adherence to food safety, crowd management, and event safety protocols in collaboration with Operations and Culinary teams
• Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting related to theft, disturbances, emergencies, or safety concerns
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and security regulations
• Partner closely with Operations, HR, Legal, and Executive Leadership on security strategy, incident management, and preventative measures
• Oversee security technology systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and recommend upgrades as needed
• Lead security planning for high-profile guests, VIPs, private events, and large-scale activations
• Develop and manage the security budget, vendor relationships, and contracts

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

• 8–12+ years of progressive security leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury retail, private clubs, or multi-site operations
• Prior experience managing security across multiple NYC locations strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of NYC security regulations, emergency response procedures, and law enforcement coordination

Position Overview: Embedded Senior Security Officer - Houston, TX (Onsite)

Insite Risk Management delivers bespoke, ongoing physical security programs to both enterprise and private clients. The Senior Security Officer is a fully embedded security resource to be based out of Insite’s client Houston HQ Office. This individual will be backed by Insite’s team of multidisciplinary security experts and help oversee the tactical day-to-day efforts of the Insite security program, as well as office-related security efforts. This individual will support the client’s day-to-day needs as security matters arise that require dedicated security advisement and support.

This position is based in the Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Senior Security Officer reports directly to the client’s Manager of Corporate Facilities and Security and the Insite Security Program Lead.
• Supervising Houston office physical security and serve as a security liaison for Corporate Security, develop relationships with base building management, and local responders and law enforcement during incidents
• Oversee local application administration of access control system in line with standards developed by the firm (under Insite’s consulting findings and recommendations)
• Coordinate with building management to ensure fire life safety drills are performed according to local code requirements and routinely inspect site security posture and take immediate corrective actions, where possible; manage vendor service calls where third-party maintenance is required
• Carry out on premise passive monitoring and passive surveillance of Houston HQ
• Serve as a first responder for security incidents in accordance with the client’s Use of Force policy (developed by Insite’s consulting team) and applicable laws.
• Serve as a first responder to medical emergencies, providing immediate assistance and rendering first aid, CPR, or AED assistance in accordance with training, certification, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with onsite or local special events and provide executive protection liaison for high profile visitors
• Effectively communicate with users in a timely manner regarding all requests to ensure appropriate expectations are established
• Assist in the coordination of day-to-day vendor entry/access to the office buildings through the designated building management request and service ticket tools/software
• Develop a working knowledge of client work processes, workplace culture and policies essential for effective service delivery to users

• Assist Insite’s Security lead with annual reviews and refreshes of office assessments

Required Experience and Skills:

• Armed and current license

• Solid knowledge base across physical security domains including: physical security assessments; threat assessment and management; and critical event planning and response; and security training
• Experience in one or several physical security domains. Hands-on familiarity with security technologies for access control, video management, intrusion detection, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating with law enforcement
• Successful management of highly confidential information
• Track record of remaining organized and motivated while balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and objectives and meeting tight deadlines
