The Senior Technical Account Manager (Sr. TAM) is responsible for managing and expanding a focused portfolio of strategic, enterprise-level accounts within a defined territory. This role requires ownership of multi-million-dollar revenue targets, executive-level relationship management, and the ability to drive account expansion through consultative, technically informed engagement.

Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Own and manage a multi-million-dollar quota across a defined portfolio of 5–8 strategic enterprise accounts.

- Identify whitespace opportunities across QA, automation, performance, security, and AI-enabled services.
- Close meaningful expansion deals, including engagements of $150K+.

Executive Relationship Management

Required Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Proven ownership of multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success closing $150K+ expansion or new deals.
- Documented track record of expansion within a focused portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Experience managing a limited book of business (ideally 5–20 accounts; this role will manage 5–8).

About the Role
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead strategic Industrial Construction and Facilities Engineering sourcing projects for new and existing sites across Ross' supply chain network. Their primary goals will be to help Ross mitigate risks, procure materials, equipment and services at the best value and be a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Process Execution
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Industrial Construction categories (e.g., steel structures, concrete, MEP systems, site services, etc.) and Facilities Maintenance categories (e.g., conveyor systems, fork trucks, racking, etc.). Analyze historical data to determine the highest risk and cost categories.

- Drive cost savings initiatives through value engineering, competitive bidding, and strategic negotiations.
- Create presentations to communicate findings and vendor recommendations to stakeholders, to help with decision making.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years category management / strategic sourcing experience in Industrial Construction and Facilities Engineering. Multiple Construction and Engineering sourcing category experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in a cross functional environment (technical and non-technical teams).
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance - budgeting, cash flow, P/L statements, balance sheets.
- Strong experience with construction cost estimating and budgeting as well as working with raw material / market indices and determining fair purchase prices.

Pay range and compensation package
The base salary range for this role is $108,800 - $165,950. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. This role is onsite in Atlanta, GA
• Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with internal client stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts, etc.
• Elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes
• Manages requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability.
• Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language.
• Need excellent facilitation skills, need to have a technical background, PM experience managing multiple projects, be able to create and manage project plans, understand basic business financials.
• Need proven skills and past projects managing large technology projects.
• Ensures that appropriate project documentation is produced throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and end-to-end cross-functional software development.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery , Solutioning, Senior Pre-Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) expert to drive our SAP Data & Analytics practice growth. This role combines strategic market planning with hands-on pre-sales and solutioning expertise. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and alliance teams to create compelling value propositions and win strategic SAP deals focused on data and analytics (including SAP Datasphere, SAC, BTP, MDG, BDC, BODS/Syniti and related technologies)
You Role:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for SAP Data & Analytics offerings
- Identify high-growth areas (e.g., S/4HANA migrations, Data Governance, Datasphere adoption, BDC, AI/ML on SAP data)
- Collaborate with SAP alliance and marketing teams on campaigns, events, and solution launches
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine strategy
Pre-Sales & Solutioning:
- Lead pre-sales engagements including discovery, RFP responses, solution design, orals and client presentations
- Conduct client workshops and articulate value propositions across industries and SAP landscapes
- Design and propose end-to-end SAP Data & Analytics architectures leveraging BTP, Datasphere, SAC, HANA, MDG, BDC etc.
- AI in everything we do – must have experience in proposing AI-based solutions for the entire solution portfolio (ability to draw the solution architecture and estimate the staffing and cost)
- Create reusable solution accelerators, demos, and sales collateral with delivery teams
Sales Enablement:
- Support SAP sales and account teams with opportunity shaping and deal closure

- Educate internal teams on SAP data and analytics offerings and GTM playbooks
Thought Leadership:
- Represent the company in SAP events, webinars, and industry forums

Required skills:
- 15+ years of experience in SAP ecosystem with deep expertise in Data & Analytics (either deep delivery experience of multiple global deployments or deep pre-sales experience)
- Strong knowledge of Data migration tools and methodology, Data Quality, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, SAC, MDG, SAP BDC and integration with non-SAP tools
- Strong knowledge of AI and how to design/deliver AI-native solutions in the Data and Analytics space
- Proven track record in pre-sales, GTM planning, and enterprise solutioning
- Experience working in or with consulting and services organizations
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders with business and technical messaging
