Specific Job Summary Based at the Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporate Office in Orlando, FL and reporting to the Vice President, Global Tax – Global Planning & Projects, the Associate Vice President (AVP), Global Tax – Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) serves as a strategic leader on MVW’s income tax team by overseeing all tax aspects of MVW’s global mergers and acquisitions, business development initiatives, and legal entity structuring to support MVW’s continued international strategic business growth initiatives.
The AVP Global Tax – M&A builds trust based relationships with all stakeholders by influencing MVW’s senior leaders and external partners in support of achieving appropriate tax strategies.
Primary responsibilities include partnering with senior business leaders to define business requirements, leading internal teams and external advisors to structure complex M&A transactions, streamlining MVW’s global legal entity framework, and establishing consistent, scalable tax models, and post-merger integration tax planning across all jurisdictions where MVW operates across the Enterprise.

Objectives & Key Results Cross‑Functional Project Leadership: Leads end‑to‑end tax workstreams in collaboration with Business Development, Legal, Treasury and Finance & Accounting.
KPI: Delivers sign off from all stakeholders on workstream milestones on or ahead of schedule for M&A projects.
Technical Structuring Excellence: Drives tax‑efficient structuring for all M&A transactions, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and contain no material technical errors.
KPI: Reduces post‑close tax adjustments attributable to structuring to less than 5%.
Strategic Value Creation: Identifies and quantifies tax‑related value drivers.
KPI: Demonstrates measurable tax value creation in more than 80% of M&A transactions, e.g., preserves NOLs, optimizes tax basis, integrates efficiencies.

Directs selection, engagement, and manages performance of external tax advisors involved in M&A and business (re-)structuring projects.

Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar discipline required.

Early Support
· Support early acquisition activities that bridge mission needs or opportunities into executable acquisition programs, primarily within BCAC Phases 1–3.
· Guide customers through the transition from concept or problem statement to acquisition-ready artifacts, enabling successful stand-up of program offices and downstream execution.

Business Mission Area & Defense Business Systems Compliance
· Lead and support Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) alignment activities, identifying relevant business capabilities, processes, and opportunities for reuse of existing systems or services.
· Develop and support Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts, including documentation of as-is and to-be states, process improvement strategies, and alignment with commercial best practices.
· Prepare and support BPR Assertions and related certification artifacts required for Defense Business Systems funding approval.
· Advise customers on minimizing unnecessary customization and promoting commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and industry-standard solutions where feasible.
Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) Compliance
· Support completion of Clinger-Cohen Act statutory requirements, including planning and development of required analyses and documentation.
· Coordinate and contribute to CCA-related artifacts such as Acquisition strategies, Market research approaches, Economic analyses / lifecycle cost estimates, Cybersecurity strategies (in coordination with specialists), IT portfolio registration and compliance activities

Account Executive, ExecAtlas
The Account Executive will be responsible for procuring new business for Equilar’s ExecAtlas product, owning the full sales cycle from inbound leads to prospecting new leads to closing new business and ensuring customer success. The Account Executive will work closely with Equilar’s sales, marketing, product and client services teams to market and establish ExecAtlas as the leader in relationship intelligence and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies in order to increase market presence by originating new business and managing strategic client relationships.
- Articulate the value of ExecAtlas to help customers meet their needs.
- Build and develop solid working relationships with key decision makers and executives to promote Equilar’s advantages and to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Prepare, create, and deliver effective client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that address the specific needs of the customer.
- Partner with Equilar’s research and product teams to provide clients with configurable solutions.

Role Purpose/Position Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible to overseeing production, tracking product yields, and making necessary adjustments. Ensuring that safety and USDA health standards are met throughout all steps of the manufacturing process. Provide direction to the production department associates in areas of safety, service, performance, quality and leadership. Responsible for maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships, plant assets and a positive employment atmosphere.

- Provide leadership and direction to the plant production associates in areas of safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality, customer service and maintenance.
- Adherence to the site’s productivity metrics to include crew size, operational efficiency; scrap loss, etc. to optimize profitability.
- Maintain a clear understanding of customer expectations for accuracy, quality and timelessness and develop methods for meeting or exceeding those expectations.
- Training and enforcement of company policies.
- Communicate company philosophy, policies, and expectations clearly to all hourly personnel.
- Provide input in the establishment of setting plant budgets, goals and standards.
- Develop strong production team members through the effective use of performance management processes and tools.
- Monitor production performance and develop/implement action plans to address areas of concern or opportunities for improvement in a timely fashion.
- Create a positive working environment for all associates, which support continuous improvement, reinforce company philosophy and policies and treat every individual equally with respect.
- This position has responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence.

Duties
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking

Coordinates mandated Infection Prevention and Control Program activities to prevent, detect, and mitigate communicable diseases and infections with the acute care setting and hospital outpatient areas. Essential Functions:

Job Responsibilities:
