POSITION OVERVIEW
The vice president of brand marketing oversees the brand planning process by leading ideation, development, execution, and measurement of quarterly 360 brand marketing campaigns driven by business goals, customer insights, and category needs.
This role manages the brand marketing and creative campaign budgets, working closely with the finance team to track spending and ensure financial targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels through execution of a cohesive and complementary GTM strategy to support the overall marketing strategy.
- Own and maintain the brand marketing calendar alongside ongoing communication to drive progress toward key dates.

Candidate Profile:
This candidate should have 7-10 years of strategic direct-to-consumer marketing experience, including hands-on management and experience growing new brands.

The Opportunity
Account Supervisors (AS) are mid-level professionals and first-level account managers who function as the day-to-day leads on multiple client accounts. As an AS you’ll be a hands-on team member actively engaged in day-to-day work activities as well as a team lead responsible for managing program execution including client service and quality control. We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills who will be responsible for the hands-on development of proposals, presentations and other deliverables, both in print and digital, across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. As an integral part of the team, this individual brings a positive attitude, takes initiative, and can partner with various departments to develop best-in-class marketing materials to support the overall goals of the organization. This role will be based out of our Newport Beach office.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates the Qualification and Proposal Process
Collaborates with regional leaders, senior staff, and other marketing team members, as needed, to create, produce, and deliver proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards, which include:
- Assisting the region with pre-sell activities and support for targeted opportunities in Nevada and Southern California
- Scheduling proposal/pursuit deadlines utilizing work plans, calendars, and maintaining deadlines among business development and technical staff
- Assisting business development and operations in proposal strategy development and execution
- Coordinating and collecting project-specific information and developing content to meet RFP guidelines
- Developing written collateral including case studies, data sheets, resumes, and market-sector brochures
- Responsibility for the final proposal product: printing, binding, and delivery coordination
Provides Support for Client Facing Interviews
- Assists with market research to support account management plans
- Works with business development and other regional departments for interview preparation
- Prepares and finalizes presentations, leave-behinds, and other materials
Provides Expertise in Marketing Tools and Graphics
- Demonstrates graphic design knowledge to support the preparation of creative content (infographics, flow charts, design templates, custom signage, and digital media content)
- Contributes to content development for social media channels
- Assists with maintaining CRM database including maintenance of opportunities, project metrics, employees, clients, mailings, project references, and contacts
Provides Coordination Support to the Southern Pacific Region
- Assists in coordinating office and regional events including conferences, golf tournaments, tradeshows, and community outreach
- Assists with the production of office, region, and company-wide gatherings (Town Halls, Shareholders, and Seminars)
- Provides public relations support to Marketing Director, external PR agency, and internal corporate communications department
- Assists with the creation and submittal of press releases and awards highlighting McCarthy’s projects and people
- Assists with digital media strategy, content, and campaigns
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC marketing field, preferably preparing proposals/qualification statements and presentations
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, and After Effects
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 applications, including CRM Dynamics
- Proficiency in using social media software for content creation and monitoring (i.e. Hootsuite, Meltwater)
- Ability to write and communicate in a clear manner
- Ability to develop high-quality graphic marketing materials with strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadline
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment

For Southern California locations only, the salary range for this position is: $90,000-120,000. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. The Role – Content Specialist, Candlelight Homes
· Manage WordPress website, create new landing pages, UTM codes, GTM tags, manage GBP, update images, content, layout, tags, pixels, etc. Create GA4 and Looker Studio reports, track UTM, monitor UX, user journey, etc.
· Analyze website traffic and usage, optimize content, metadata, URLs, assist with schema markup, etc.
· Develop and execute paid Google Ad campaigns to build awareness, drive qualified leads, and support sales goals.
· Manage paid social media ad campaigns, identify, vet, hire, and manage influencers, run UGC campaigns, manage paid ads, budgets, report results, and recommend improvements.
· Be the voice of the company by leading reputation management across all social channels, encouraging engagement, replying to all comments, solving any issues, and driving review campaigns.
· Plan and execute PR initiatives, identify opportunities, build media relationships, coordinate promotions and events, and analyze campaign performance.
· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with internal team and outside agencies.
· Coordinate daily with designers, vendors, and internal teams, use project management software (Teamwork, Monday) to manage timelines, creative requests, and deliverables from concept to completion.
· Support digital strategy and execution, monitor performance with regular reports, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
· Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content for digital channels that reflects brand voice and identity.
· Take an active role in event production and management for company, realtor, community, and prospective homeowner events.
· Stay current on digital trends, tools, agentive AI, and emerging channels to ensure the brand’s marketing remains fresh and effective.
· Organize and manage asset library, update images, archive dated assets, coordinate photo/video shoots of new products, and manage vendor agencies for 2D and 3D renderings.
· Manage promotional items, sales collateral, signage, flags, etc., monitor inventory levels, logs, and budgets
· Strong understanding of StoryBrand marketing, creative collaboration, visual storytelling, and delivering engaging content while managing SEO and AI citations.
· Balance creative storytelling with data-backed strategy, maintaining a practical approach to execution while preserving the brand’s emotional and aspirational appeal.
· Attend meetings, work special events, and perform other duties as assigned
