The Senior Procurement Analyst will support and execute data-driven sourcing strategies for consumable and expendable (C&E) materials, rotable and repair components for different business groups within the company. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, analytics, and supply planning leveraging supplier data, forecasting outputs, and inventory planning concepts to inform sourcing decisions.
The ideal candidate has prior hands-on sourcing and contracts experience and is comfortable working with spend management software such as Coupa, SAP Ariba and Zycus, forecasting tools, and BI tools such as Domo, Power BI and Tableau, to support supplier strategy and sourcing decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be responsible for:
- Own direct strategic sourcing for MRO materials and repair services, translating forecast demand and supply plans into multi-year sourcing strategies rather than transactional buying.
- Lead and support RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and award recommendations, ensuring alignment with cost targets, capacity constraints, quality requirements and contractual terms.
- Evaluate sourcing options using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) lens cost, lead time, MOQ, validity to support informed supplier selection decisions.
- Interpret outputs from internal forecasting tools and historical demand data to inform direct sourcing strategies, supplier capacity discussions and volume-based or long-term agreements.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of time-series concepts such as trend, seasonality, variability and forecast error.
- Apply a practical understanding of supply chain planning concepts safety stock, reorder point (ROP), lead time variability, and service levels - to evaluate sourcing options and understand their implications for cost, availability, and supplier strategy.
- Use SQL to extract and analyze spend, demand, pricing, lead time, and supplier performance data from ERP and planning systems.
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling related to pricing trends, demand variability, and sourcing scenarios.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track KPIs including cost savings, supplier OTD, contract coverage, pricing compliance and contract performance.
- Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sourcing and operations leadership.
- Monitor supplier performance against cost, quality, delivery, turnaround, and capacity commitments.
- Identify risks related to forecast volatility, long lead times, single-source suppliers, and constrained repair capacity.
- Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to align sourcing with operational and customer requirements.
- Assist with contract reviews, pricing agreements, and service-level terms informed by forecasted volumes.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with FAA, EASA, AS9110, and internal quality standards.
- Maintain sourcing documentation to support audits and customer requirements.
- Adhere to ethical sourcing and procurement policies.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain roles.
- Prior hands-on sourcing experience is required (RFPs, supplier negotiations, supplier selection).
- Working knowledge of forecasting concepts and supply chain planning fundamentals (e.g. safety stock, ROP, EOQ, lead time variability and service levels).
- Experience using spend management software (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Zycus).
- Experience using or supporting demand planning/forecasting and inventory planning tools
- Experience using BI tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $99,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. The Strategic Sourcing Manager US Comanufacturing, is an active member of the Purchasing Team North America (NA), participates in sharing purchasing excellence and strategies, supporting teamwork, joint learning and development initiatives. The incumbent will lead the North American sourcing strategy initiatives for an assigned Category. Under the guidance of the Associate Director procurement - US Comanufacturing, will assist in the execution of a supply strategy for managing Lactalis' US Comanufacturing network and will provide local support to Yogurt Business units across USA and Canada . Job Overview:
The Procurement Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic procurement of packaging materials necessary for Nonni's production operations. This role will develop and implement packaging procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards, and optimize costs while maintaining packaging integrity and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this position will collaborate closely with operations, R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging solutions support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Packaging Procurement
- Develop and implement packaging procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials
- Manage supplier relationships for packaging vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, and innovation
- Monitor packaging industry trends, material innovations, and identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements
- Conduct risk assessments for packaging supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
- Prepare and manage packaging procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure packaging materials meet food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality specifications
- Partner with quality assurance and R&D teams to validate packaging specifications and conduct supplier audits
- Implement sustainable packaging practices aligned with company environmental goals and customer expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in packaging procurement processes, supplier scorecards, and material specifications
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with production, R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging solutions support operational efficiency
- Support new product development initiatives with packaging recommendations, cost analysis, and supplier sourcing
- Work with marketing and brand teams on packaging design considerations that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost
- Coordinate with finance on packaging cost projections, variance analysis, and budget planning
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with packaging suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers to drive performance improvements and innovation
- Lead supplier qualification process, including site visits, capability assessments, and contract negotiations
- Manage dispute resolution and performance issues with packaging suppliers
Qualifications:
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in packaging procurement, preferably within the food or consumer packaged goods industry
- Proven track record of managing packaging supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
- Strong understanding of food-grade packaging materials, regulations, and quality standards
- Experience with sustainable packaging initiatives and circular economy principles
- Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and supply chain efficiency improvements

Position Overview
The Procurement & Hybrid Seed Manager is responsible for sourcing and purchasing sunflower seed from growers, cooperatives, and suppliers to support the company's production needs. This role also leads the company’s hybrid seed program, working closely with breeders, growers, and internal teams to ensure genetic purity, seed quality, and reliable supply. This position serves as a primary relationship manager with sunflower growers, provides market-driven procurement leadership, and supports long-term seed development and supply strategy through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Grower Relations
- Source, negotiate, and manage grower contracts and open acreage to ensure adequate supply, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Serve as the primary company representative to sunflower growers; build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular field visits and industry engagement.
- Analyze local and global market trends, supply/demand conditions, and pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchases, and market activity.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
Hybrid Seed Program Management
- Lead and execute the company’s hybrid seed program, aligning seed production with manufacturing and sales needs.
