Position Overview:
The customer Account Manager, as primary liaison between (Confidential) and its clients, plays a pivotal role in managing customer relationships. In this high-profile role, you'll oversee pricing strategies, contract reviews, and order management, and coordinate across production, quality, and shipping to meet customer expectations and delivery schedules. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong relationships through clear, proactive, and timely communication.
- Vigorously promote (confidential). Actively engage with assigned customers to identify opportunities to increase the size of our portfolio and the value of our partnership.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and their supporting business cases for inside sales quotes. Prepare and present quotation summaries for managerial approvals.

- Review purchase orders (POs), and terms & conditions to ensure alignment with company capabilities. Flow down contract requirements within the company and furnish support for the interpretation of contract terms.
- Enter & manage customer orders & forecasting, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, part numbers, delivery dates, and specifications.
- Track and communicate order status, lead times, and shipment schedules to manage customer expectations through customer portals and direct communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping) to proactively identify and resolve delays or issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines.
- Organize and lead cross-functional teams as required to resolve emerging issues with the potential to significantly impact our customers or business goals.
- Support audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with the company’s contractual obligations. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment.
- Maintain records of customer forecasts and order activity to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.
- Oversee the documentation and management of change orders, amendments, and variations to the original contracts, ensuring proper tracking and communication to all stakeholders.
- Generate sales, performance, and operational reports to support internal reviews and customer performance evaluations.
- Actively participate in internal initiatives to drive continuous improvements in customer experience, order processing efficiency, and service delivery.
- Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in account management, sales, demand management, program management, or customer support at a manufacturing business within the aerospace/defense sector.
- Financial acumen sufficient to develop quoting models and pricing strategies aligned with financial objectives.
- Experience interpreting and managing customer contracts in accordance with the UCC and U.S. FARs and DFARs.
- Experience with ERP systems is required. Direct experience with Epicor is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

The Role
The I&C chassis designer works within the I&C Technology team and is responsible for designing and implementing supporting structures to mount I&C electronic hardware for safety related systems at Power Plants. - 7+ years of experience applying quality improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques, or equivalent experience in product design and development within AS9100/ISO 9001 environments and working with QMS standards.
- Strong working knowledge of DO‑178 software compliance and DO‑254 hardware compliance is highly desired.
- Familiarity with AS9145, including APQP and PPAP processes, is preferred.
- Ability to provide clear guidance and establish quality positions on program development and compliance issues for program management and engineering teams.
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems is preferred.
- ASQ certification is preferred.

The Senior Procurement Analyst will support and execute data-driven sourcing strategies for consumable and expendable (C&E) materials, rotable and repair components for different business groups within the company. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, analytics, and supply planning leveraging supplier data, forecasting outputs, and inventory planning concepts to inform sourcing decisions.
The ideal candidate has prior hands-on sourcing and contracts experience and is comfortable working with spend management software such as Coupa, SAP Ariba and Zycus, forecasting tools, and BI tools such as Domo, Power BI and Tableau, to support supplier strategy and sourcing decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be responsible for:
- Own direct strategic sourcing for MRO materials and repair services, translating forecast demand and supply plans into multi-year sourcing strategies rather than transactional buying.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $99,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. Salary range:
Level I: $20.76 - $25.87
Level II: $21.71 - $27.84

About the Role:
The Principal Additive Manufacturing Engineer – Applications is a senior, customer-facing technical authority. You will work directly with aerospace and defense primes, OEMs, and government organizations to guide AM strategy, influence design decisions, and deliver advanced metal AM solutions for high-stakes missions. This role operates at a peer-to-peer level with senior customer engineers and plays a key part in shaping the future of AM adoption across critical defense and aerospace programs.
What You'll Do:
- Serving as the senior technical lead and trusted advisor for key aerospace and defense programs.
- Leading AM strategy, qualification plans, and adoption pathways across complex customer missions.
- Running technical design reviews, engineering workshops, and program strategy sessions with customer leadership.
- Translating mission and performance requirements into optimized metal AM solutions that balance cost, risk, and reliability.
- Developing high-impact proposals, white papers, and technical recommendations for advanced AM applications.
- Driving implementation of DfAM best practices, simulation-based optimization, and qualification approaches for mission-critical hardware.
- Working cross-functionally with business development, manufacturing, and quality teams on capture strategies and program execution.
- Acting as the primary technical interface from concept through qualification and production.
- Mentoring engineers and elevating the organization's customer-facing AM technical depth.
- Ensuring compliance with aerospace standards: AS9100D, NADCAP, MIL-SPEC, ITAR, and other regulatory requirements.
What You Need to Bring:
- Recognized expertise in metal additive manufacturing for aerospace and defense applications.
- A proven ability to influence design, qualification, and engineering decisions at primes, OEMs, and government agencies.
- Deep knowledge of LPBF/DMLS, DED, and hybrid AM processes and relevant alloys (Ti, Ni, Al, Cu).
- Strong background in aerospace materials science, metallurgy, and thermal-mechanical behavior of AM components.
- Proficiency in CAD (NX preferred), AM simulation tools, and FEA, with the ability to present technical findings clearly.
- Demonstrated success presenting to executive and non-technical customer stakeholders.
- Understanding of AS9100D, NADCAP, MMPDS, MIL-SPEC, and aerospace certification and qualification pathways.
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide engineering teams in both technical execution and customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering).
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years in aerospace/defense AM engineering, advanced design, or manufacturing applications.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance (required for employment).
