Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate sales floor coverage and operational efficiency
• Oversee visual merchandising standards, working closely with the Visual Coordinator and Corporate Visual Team to maintain brand consistency
• Coordinate floor moves and product placement in collaboration with Corporate Visual, AGM of Operations, and local teams
• Act as Manager on Duty, performing opening and closing responsibilities for the entire retail location
• Gain full proficiency in operational systems, including POS, StoreForce, ADP, Aptos, and PowerDMS
• Provide sales leadership and coaching, ensuring staff are motivated and meeting sales goals
• Support the AGM of Operations by assisting with stock management, facilities coordination, and inventory control as needed
• Ensure customer service excellence, addressing escalated customer concerns and implementing best practices for the team
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention strategies
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Retail, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit, high-volume retail environment (travel retail experience is a plus)
• 1+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead a results-oriented team
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail software systems
• TAM Card (Alcohol Beverage Awareness Certification) may be required, depending on location

This role is part of an in-house creative team that focuses on strategic, high-quality execution across multiple channels. The team works collaboratively to support internal business partners and deliver effective, on-brand materials that support business objectives.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing accurate, brand-aligned design work for both print and digital applications. This includes combining copy and visuals to create clear, visually consistent deliverables while managing multiple projects and timelines.

The ideal candidate is comfortable receiving feedback, adapting quickly to direction, and maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS, along with knowledge of file preparation, formatting, and production, is required. Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and execute in-store creative across signs, fixtures, presentations, and printed materials.
• Apply established brand identity and guidelines to all design work.

Associate Bankruptcy Attorney

We are seeking a proactive Associate Bankruptcy Attorney to join a national bankruptcy practice. This role focuses on representing secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and requires someone who can independently manage a high‐volume caseload while collaborating with a geographically dispersed legal team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a fast pace, has strong litigation and courtroom abilities, and excels in written and analytical advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal filings including Proofs of Claim, Transfers of Claim, Payment Change Notices, and Post‐Petition Fee Notices.
• Prepare pleadings such as Motions for Relief from Stay, objections to Chapter 13 plans, and other documents related to creditor representation.
• Conduct Chapter 13 plan analysis and manage all aspects of assigned cases in accordance with client expectations and internal performance goals.
• Attend bankruptcy hearings—telephonic, virtual, and in‐person—in Phoenix and potentially Prescott or Tucson, depending on judicial calendars and caseload (generally about once weekly).
• Handle escalated, time‐sensitive matters, and participate in special assignments as needed.
• Work closely with attorneys and staff located across the country, as you will be the sole attorney based in Arizona.
• Maintain accurate documentation, meet billable hour requirements, and effectively prioritize a substantial caseload.
