Essential Job Functions:
1. Architectural Design
- Develop design documents for projects in all design phases, including master plot planning, schematic (SD), design development (DD), and construction documentation (CD).
- Utilize AutoCAD and/or Revit to produce professional construction documents
- Work with equipment suppliers/vendors/consultants to obtain the necessary information needed for design completion.
- Work directly with clients - communicating challenges, possibilities, and input needs to complete design phases. This includes in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Assist other design team members with design solutions or load management
- Assist in providing needed details or documents for permitting
- Review drawings and documents to assure compliance with company design and production standards, as well as building code requirements.
- Create renderings and 3D models as needed (preferred but not required)
2. Selections & Field Work
- Support and/or lead field visits and site surveys when needed, including capturing as-built measurements
- Support construction administration activities such as preparing construction sketches, submittal review, and RFI responses as well as performing on-site observations and field support when called upon
- Assist clients with selection decisions when necessary
3. Other Responsibilities
- Potential to manage junior level designers, depending upon experience
- Collaborate with interior designers when applicable
- Create relevant reports detailing work as needed
- Capture meeting notes and project details in Salesforce (CRM) and Slack

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to take on the role of Residential Project Manager. At Duke Homes, the Project Manager is the face of the company during construction; you will be coordinating trades, protecting quality, guiding clients, and ensuring each home reflects our commitment to timeless design and unwavering craftsmanship. This is a field-based Project Manager role responsible for full lifecycle execution of custom residential builds – both custom home and high-end renovation projects. Essential Job Functions:

- 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening) 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm Job Summary The Warehouse Worker II is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity.
Responsibilities include the timely and efficient completion of a variety of daily functions while operating an Electric Pallet Jack.
This position is responsible for product safety, quality, legality, and integrity.
Primary Responsibilities Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to lift and move heavy pallets.
Accurately select products according to customer order specifications.
Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other surfaces.
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
Perform picking and packing duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
Follow SOPs when fulfilling customer orders for shipment.
Operate Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping tasks.
Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort packages accordingly.
Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
Check or count products for accuracy and/or damage or infestation.
Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as required.
Work safely and efficiently at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience 0--1 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred.
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player.
