Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Houston, TX. As a 2026 Summer Intern at Athlete Training and Health, you will assist in the development, implementation, and supervision of training programs for athletes of all ages and fitness levels. Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment is the subject matter expert (SME) and key driver for the development and implementation of a strategic student outreach/recruitment campaign to attract qualified applicants in designated world regions on behalf of NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).
This position has primary responsibility to develop specific regional plans to drive student applications to NYUAD, optimize initiatives and activities to enhance the student application pool, conduct data-driven impact analysis of recruitment activities on application targets from each region, and develop focused reports to communicate success and strategies to change approaches as required.
This position is responsible for management of operations, personnel, and budget allocations of the IIE/NYUAD Program, including supervision of direct reports (3), international contractors through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) (4), and a dotted-line (matrix) reporting structure for outreach officers in IIE International Offices (4).
The Senior Program Manager represents IIE/NYUAD in interactions with NYUAD admissions leadership and team members.
Essential Functions: Manages the daily activities of the NYUAD program, including overseeing operations, budget allocations, personnel, and policy decision-making.
Provides guidance and direction to a global team of international recruitment professionals to achieve program deliverables including accountability of each team deliverables in five different world regions.
Manages employment of outreach officers through an EOR, including establishment, maintenance, and tracking of processes for payroll, expenses, reimbursements, vendor payment, and PTO.
Oversees the development of an international recruitment plan and strategy to identify and recruit a competitive and diverse international student applicants for all academic programs prioritizing students from regions relevant to the Scope of Work.
Responsible for the development of required, measurable, and outcome-based comprehensive progress reports on international student recruitment and outreach activities, in addition to target application data to communicate progress, challenges, and strategies to NYU and NYUAD leadership.
Develops customized and data-driven assessments of all recruitment initiatives to ensure required outcomes for recruitment plans are adequately accomplished.
Empowers team members to take a well-informed, data-driven, and strategic approach to country-level and regional-level outreach through providing guidance, training, and support.
Develops user-friendly recruitment resources and tools with assistance from the Business Process Analyst to inform recruitment planning and decision making.
Assesses ongoing regional strategies based on application targets, adjusting as required.
Responsible for program budget allocations between regional teams to allow for changes in program needs; monitors budget expenditures and provides input into policies; realignment of funds within various project and activity charge codes Oversees the planning and travel for all team members to recruitment and yield functions, including school visits, recruitment fairs, prospective student receptions, and yield events.
Develops and implements comprehensive onboarding/training of new team members and ongoing trainings for all IIE/NYUAD team members.
Manages full-team events including annual virtual January Retreat, Summer "mini sessions", and in-person summer training event where NYUAD counterparts on the admissions/counseling team meet the IIE Outreach Team for workshops, best-practices, collaboration, and team bonding.
Supports NYUAD leadership and NYUAD admissions team at Candidate Weekend events, with outreach team, hosting prospective candidates on campus in Abu Dhabi 3-4 times a year.
Develops, revises, and implements a continuous proactive communication plan with prospective applicants, ensuring that it is conducted in a timely manner along with managing the conversion of inquiries to applications/admits.

- You'll teach 11th and 12th grade college seminar courses in which you will guide students through the entire college application process. This includes (but is not limited to) exploring careers, identifying most appropriate post-secondary pathways, writing personal statements, building resumes, securing letters of recommendation, and applying for financial aid and scholarships.
- You'll build a culture of college and career readiness amongst all students by creating inspirational and instructional signage, advising students in the course selection process, and helping plan and execute events such as Career Day, SAT School Day, Senior Signing Day, College Acceptance Forums, College Visits and Alumni Day.

The College of Computing was established in 1990 as the first such College at a public university and the second in the United States. - Liaise with staff at the student residence, students, and program director to address any concerns about student conduct, housing rules and student use of facilities/amenities with an aim to maintain positive relations and experience.

- Serve as the Teaching Assistant for two courses (CS 2340, CS 4400); serve as a backup instructor in the event of illness of the course instructor

Responsibilities
The Commercial Banking intern will join our dynamic Commercial Banking team and play a vital role in supporting the department's daily operations. Position description
The Department of Plant and Microbial Biology in the Rausser College of Natural Resources at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach courses in the area of plant and microbial biology should an opening arise. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the department.
General Duties: We are seeking outstanding lecturers who can teach/co-teach lecture, seminar, and/or laboratory courses in plant and microbial biology, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotion theme nights and mid-inning games
- Promote the Grizzlies organization throughout the community as a member of the \"street team\"
- Represent Grizzlies at events such as parades and community activities
- Schedule and coordinate mascot appearances and events (be available for community appearances with or as the mascot)
- Assist in inventory management for the team store merchandise and promotional materials.
- Stock Izzy's Den with Novelty items as well as fulfilling orders.
- Write gameday scripts, rundowns, etc. for Grizzlies Games and well as any extra events at the ballpark.
- Assist in the implementation of activities including: On-field promotional items and props, pre-game giveaways, post-game activities, and upkeep of promotional items/equipment, etc.
- Manage Izzy's Cub Club including writing emails, communicating with members, staffing the table at games, etc.
- Assist and learn from other departments throughout the entire internship.
- Answer phone calls & everyday questions about the Gateway Grizzlies organization
Compensation:
- Unpaid internship (Candidates are required to work 25-40 hours per week for the internship)

Cast Members working in entry level culinary positions are responsible for execution of all menu categories and specific recipes for all restaurant menu items including timing, quality, temperature, portion, and presentation.

Work you'll do
Throughout the course of the seven-week internship, interns are assigned to one or more client projects where they will receive mentorship and support to help their success on the engagement. Beyond exposure to "real life" projects, the internship also delivers a variety of national and local learning and networking events. In addition, throughout the internship there are ongoing learning events such a lunch and learns, industry/service line spotlights, and regularly scheduled training offerings designed to help our interns develop technical and client service skills. The interns will understand first-hand what a career with Deloitte is like and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network. Additional social activities are planned throughout the internship period to provide opportunity to network with Deloitte professionals. Interns are expected to adapt to change, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and self-confidence. How you'll grow
Each intern is assigned a mentorship team, including a counselor and onboarding advisor, to help offer guidance throughout the course of the internship. The counselor, typically a manager or senior manager, offers career guidance and feedback. The onboarding advisor is a peer level "buddy" to help answer questions and offer insight into how to make the most of the internship experience. Additional mentors, both formal and informal, will be identified during the internship. These mentor relationships can carry over into the future and offer a great way to stay connected to Deloitte while back at school. There will be formal goal-setting and evaluation process throughout the internship. Depending on performance and other factors, Discovery interns may have the opportunity to receive a subsequent internship opportunity at Deloitte.

Required
College Sophomores or Juniors with definitive plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in a business, accounting, economics, STEM or related field. For anticipated accounting majors, you must be CPA eligible, including that you will have the required credit hours to sit for the CPA exam, upon graduation.
Strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.0) with extracurricular activities

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred

A proven history of collegiate level leadership, such as membership in a campus club or society
