L.A. LIVEโ€™s Peacock Theater hosts more than 120 music, family, dance and comedy acts, award shows, televised productions, conventions, and product launches with more than 500,000 guests passing through the doors annually.

Located across the street from Arena, the 7,100-seat theater opened in October 2007 with six sold out shows featuring the Eagles and The Chicks. Job Summary

The Security Departmentโ€™s team is responsible for the safety and security of Peacock Theater and Arena guests, team members, and assets at all times.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis.
  • Respond to all security and safety related issues in a timely manner.
  • Investigate incidents and compile information for official reports.
  • Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without the loss of efficiency or composure.
  • Use excellent customer service skills when interacting with guests, clients, and staff.
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by Security Managers and Supervisors.
  • Comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by Event Security Managers and Supervisors.
  • Have a basic understanding of the rule of law and the corresponding penal codes.
  • Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly relay relevant information when requested.
  • Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional guests and staff during intensely aggravated circumstances.
  • Ability to effectively perform in crisis situations and work under pressure without the loss of composure.
  • Ability to maintain guest, team member, and company confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Applicants must have and maintain a valid California Guard Card, or Proprietary Security Officer Card, for the duration of employment.
  • Employee must maintain a neat, well-groomed and professional appearance that conveys professionalism at all times, whether in the office or out of the office.
  • Employee must represent Peacock Theater and/or Arena and the Security Department in an exemplary manner.
  • Candidate must be available to work at least four (4) various event shifts per week, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be available to work 1 day between Monday-Thursday.
    • Must be available all weekends (Friday-Sunday).
    • Shift start time by 6pm (weekends and double headers vary- earlier start time).
    • End time is at the end of the event (approximately 12am-Midnight).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Safety Professional (CSPยฎ) or meet requirements to sit and pass exam - Highly Preferred;

Job Summary

The Manager, Business Applications is responsible for the operational ownership, governance, and lifecycle management of AEG's U.S. corporate business applications (excluding Finance, HRIS, and Access Control systems). This role ensures applications are properly vetted, implemented, documented, integrated into enterprise support models, and maintained in alignment with security, privacy, and technology standards. Success is measured by system stability, service performance, compliance adherence, and effective vendor oversight; not by product roadmap or feature development.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and manage the Business Applications support team, ensuring operational responsibilities are executed effectively, and service levels are maintained. Establish clear accountability for application administration, documentation, and support readiness. including thirdโ€‘party systems across functions such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, or similar.
  • Support for the review and documentation process of a backlog of applications that the US is under contract for but have not been vetted by Data Privacy and InfoSec.
  • Lead on the relationship with product vendors to define development priorities and enhancements including specification, testing and implementation. Utilize the AEGGo platform and process, working through reviews from our Data Privacy Team and our InfoSec team. Work with the PMO through the intake process to determine project management resources and process requirements.
  • Ensure the applications are added to our Service Knowledge Management System and Service Catalogue and that standard support procedures are put in place, and that the Service Desk team knows how to handle incoming support requests relating to the application.
  • Create and maintain all application related documentation and ensure it is published to relevant stakeholders for review/approval and that it is current.
  • Coordinate with other teams within Global Technology to understand and carry out any technology standards to ensure applications procured meet and are implemented per standards.
  • Support the Business Owner on decisions and projects relating to the lifecycle of the application โ€“ contract renewals, application upgrades, sunsetting applications which are being replaced or which are no longer required, etc.
  • Work with the AEG Go and PMO (Jira) to manage workload across review and implementation of applications.
  • Conduct user surveys to obtain feedback on support program and experience.
  • Conduct post project and monthly service ticket reviews for trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in subsequent projects and support handling.

Required Qualifications

Job / Employment Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Non-Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible)
  • The pay range for this position is $24.04 and $25.96/hour equating to a Target Annual Salary of $50,000 - $54,000

Job Summary

The Division Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Global Partnerships Co- Presidents and the Global Partnerships team, ensuring strong day to day operational and administrative coordination across the division such as manage calendars, travel, meeting logistics and department office. Reporting to the Director, Administration & Logistics the Coordinator assists the Director with general operational needs and event prep for internal and external events such as team lunches, vendor research, Lakers and Kings home games, annual GP retreat, etc. They will also provide support as a team member on divisional projects and initiatives.

Essential Functions

  • Manage Co- Presidents Global Partnerships calendars and book all travel, hotels, set meetings, create agenda, order catering, submitting expense reports and reservations.
  • Provide Support to the Global Partnerships Events and Operations Team, such as internal GP employee communications, staff gatherings, catering for GP lunches, providing general office administrative duties including but not limited to: distributing mail, answering phones, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings.
  • May coordinate internal communication between GP business units on various action items.
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of internal and external Global Partnerships team events, including all-staff meetings and the Global Partnerships Summit, LA Kings and Lakers Home Games, and onsite partner events. Help implement systems and procedures that drive operational efficiency within the larger GP team.
  • Lead partner gifting and holiday gifting efforts for Global Partnerships, including sourcing, managing contacts, and distribution. Assist with the preparation and updating of summaries and overviews for multi-asset sponsorship and naming rights deals, including assisting Activation team with maintenance and updating of internal and external partner exclusivity guides.
  • Upon request will be expected to attend events to facilitate relationship building and provide support to senior leadership which may include welcoming distinguished guests and facilitating a hospitable environment.
  • Other special projects or assignments as directed by manager.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years administrative experience
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Exposure to business operations, strategy, partnerships, marketing, business affairs experience, or relevant coursework preferred
  • Experience working in sports and entertainment industry preferred
  • Corporate Development background is preferred.
  • Experience in event preparation, logistics, and execution preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective follow-up and follow through required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn required business systems.
  • Able to interact with all levels of company and third-party employees; curious, proactive, and eager to learn from senior executives and business leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for sports, entertainment or live events industry.

Pay Scale: $23.50 - $28.50

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
