Role - Account Executive, Smart Building Solutions

As an Account Executive for Smart Building Solutions, you’ll own a pipeline of target accounts and drive new customer acquisition in facilities and portfolio environments (owners/operators, FM providers, data center operators, and adjacent ecosystems). You’ll sell consultativelyβ€”often starting with a pilot and expanding into broader rollouts across sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build pipeline within target segments (roofing contractors, facilities management, portfolio owners/operators, data centers, commercial/industrial buildings).
  • Run the full sales cycle: outreach β†’ discovery β†’ pilot scope β†’ proposal β†’ close β†’ expansion.

About the Division
The Executive Assistant in the Executive Office will be reporting to the Executive Operations Manager. The Crisis Responder I position will reside in the Regional Crisis Response (RCR) Agency and report directly to the Crisis Responder Supervisor. The Crisis Responder I serves on a team of other citywide community responders as part of the RCR Agency, which provides a consolidated and standardized mobile crisis response program operating throughout the jurisdictions served. Crisis Responders use evidence-based practice that promotes well-being through assessment, brief intervention, referral to services, and prevention. The Crisis Responder II position will reside in the Regional Crisis Response (RCR) Agency and report directly to the Crisis Responder Supervisor. The Crisis Responder II serves on a team of other citywide community responders as part of the RCR Agency, which provides a consolidated and standardized mobile crisis response program operating throughout the jurisdictions served. Crisis Responders use evidence-based practice that promotes well-being through assessment, brief intervention, referral to services, and prevention. Crisis Responders incorporate knowledge of human behavior, sociology, psychiatry, psychology, and many other social science disciplines using advocacy, compassion and de-escalation and crisis intervention skills to support those with unmet needs in a culturally responsive manner. They work as a team, and collaborate with other local, regional, state and federal programs to identify gaps in existing resources for community members. Distinguishing Characteristics: The Crisis Responder II is the journey-level position within the Crisis Responder job series. This classification is reserved for those who hold an independent clinical practice license from the State of Washington Department of Health. An employee in the Crisis Responder I will move to the Crisis Responder II classification when they are able to demonstrate that they have become independently licensed by the Washington State Department of Health.

Your role as an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • This position will be based out of your home and will cover Sullivan, Linn, and Chariton counties.
  • Always carries 2-3 cases, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week during the 4-6-week IIS intervention or the 8-12-week IFRS intervention.
  • Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise.

We are seeking a Temporary IIS IFRS Specialist to join our team.



Starting Salary: $46,000 (W-2)



This is a temporary 12-month position.



Your role as an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • This position is based out of Union, MO and will cover Franklin, Gasconade, and Osage counties.
  • Always carries 2-3 cases, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week during the 4-6-week IIS intervention or the 8-12-week IFRS intervention.
  • Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise.
  • Provide in-home support to stabilize families in crisis, utilize de-escalation skills, prevent child abuse/neglect, prevent out-of-home placements, and facilitate family reunification.
  • Conduct home visits to promote safety, permanency, and well-being as agency policy requires.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:



Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with children and the following:




  • Must have a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field.
  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Functional Purpose

4. Coordinates and reviews the work of independent contractors preparing draft final Agency decisions on the merits of EEO complaints. Issues final agency decisions on the merits of EEO complaints on behalf of the Postal Service and responds to appeals of these final agency decisions. Reviews decisions issued by EEOC Administrative Judges on the merits of EEO complaints and issues Notices of Final Action, either implementing or appealing those decisions. Assists in responding to appeals of Notices of Final Action.

5. Develops and provides EEO training to EEO service providers, Area, and District personnel. Assists in the development and delivery of training or skills development sessions for newly selected Investigative Services Office) Analysts.

6. Provides guidance and technical advice concerning the EEO complaints process and Postal Service regulations, policies, programs and procedures to independent contractors. Provides guidance concerning EEO issues to Area and District personnel.

7. Interacts as necessary with EEO Compliance and Appeals, the Law Department, postal management, EEOC District and Field Offices, and the EEOC's Office of Federal Operations with respect to the procedures for processing pending EEO complaints.

Overview

A temporary architectural design commission is being offered toΒ one University of Miami School of Architecture graduating senior (Class of 2026) or a 2024–2026 UM graduate.

This opportunity is intended for a technically strong emerging designer who is confident in their drafting ability and ready to take ownership of production-level work.

The selected candidate will participate in the development of a privately commissionedΒ 11.9-acre estate in Central Florida, guided by a defined architectural vision:

Old Dominion Spanish Villa with a Mid-Century reinterpretation.

You will work directly with the Owner/Developer under the mentorship of aΒ University of Miami alumna with significant architectural and construction experience.


One candidate will be selected.


The Estate Program

The project includes:

  • Main custom residence (approx. 3,500–4,000 SF)
  • 1,200 SF ADU (multi-generational living component)
  • 5-stall horse barn
  • Estate-scale site planning across 11.9 acres
  • Outdoor living environments (courtyard, loggias, pool, outdoor kitchen)
  • Integrated small business component within the residence
  • Landscape architecture coordination


The design integrates:

  • Special needs–conscious planning
  • Multi-generational living strategy
  • Homesteading and land-use planning
  • Healthy home principles (non-LEED)
  • Full generator backup planning
  • Construction centered onΒ Red Steel framing and CMU block systems

Scope of Engagement

This engagement is structured with defined production hours:

  • Schematic Conversion – 15 hours
  • Clean, precise translation of provided sketches into scaled CAD drawings.
  • Design Development – 25 hours
  • Dimensioning, structural logic alignment, coordination, and refinement.
  • Construction Documents – 80 hours


Organized, disciplined production of a build-ready drawing set.Total Engagement: 120 hours


Work is remote, with requiredΒ weekly Microsoft Teams coordination meetings.


Efficiency and accuracy are critical. The project will be executed within defined time parameters.


Technical Expectations

This role requires aΒ true AutoCAD superuser.


Applicants must be able to:

  • Draft quickly and accurately without heavy oversight
  • Maintain clean layering and drawing standards
  • Produce dimensionally disciplined plans
  • Organize sheets and drawing sets professionally
  • Minimize errors and rework
