Role Overview
The Integration Architect defines, designs, and governs enterprise integration architecture standards across AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and on-prem systems. This consultant creates scalable integration blueprints, reusable patterns, and secure connectivity frameworks that ensure interoperability, reliability, and domain-aligned data exchange. The role partners closely with domain teams, platform engineering, API management teams, and enterprise architecture to accelerate delivery while maintaining architectural integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Standards & Governance
- Define and maintain enterprise standards for API design, event schemas, messaging patterns, and integration of contracts.
- Establish integration governance across AWS, Azure, MS Fabric, and on-prem systems.
- Define patterns for ADS (Authorized Data Sources) alignment, data contracts, schema evolution, and anchor key management.
- Enforce adherence to enterprise security principles, including OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, TLS, Zero Trust patterns.
Blueprints & Reference Architecture
- Build and maintain unified enterprise integration architecture blueprints spanning cloud, Fabric, and on prem connectivity.
- Create domain specific and cross domain integration flow maps, canonical API patterns, and event driven reference architectures.
- Align AWS, Azure, MS Fabric, and on-prem patterns under Unified Architecture.
Reusable Patterns & Engineering Enablement
- Develop reusable integration patterns for:
- AWS: API Gateway, Event Bridge, SNS/SQS, Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Lake Formation, Kinesis, AWS Batch, AWS ECR, AWS ECS Fargate.
- Azure: APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory (all IR types), Azure Synapse Pipelines, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Batch, Azure Data Explorer ingestion.
- MS Fabric: Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouse ingestion interfaces, Fabric Data Pipelines, Notebook-based ETL, Warehouse ingestion.
- On prem: MFT, MQ, legacy services.
- Provide templates for API contracts, event schemas, integration error handling, observability hooks, and resiliency patterns.
Metadata, ADS, & Anchor Key Integration
- Define integration patterns incorporating ADS rules, domain ownership, and anchor key management for interoperability.
- Ensure all integration patterns embed security, observability, lineage awareness, and operational resiliency.
- Collaborate with data governance to ensure consistent entity resolution and cross?domain identifier mapping.
Domain Engagement & Architecture Review
- Guide domain teams in implementing target state integration architectures.
- Lead or participate in architecture reviews for API designs, event models, platform integrations, and connectivity.
- Recommend modernization opportunities to retire from legacy integration mechanisms and adopt event-driven/API?first models.

- 8-12+ years in integration architecture, API engineering, event-driven design, or hybrid integration.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee.The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis.Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites.The employee can typically spend at least 40% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site.The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 20 pounds in construction areas.The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects.Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision.When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.
Travel:
Travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid Ontario driver's license. Travel to job sites will make up 20-40% usually with the remaining time in an office or remote setting.
Safety:
- Maintain and wear appropriate PPE as the job and tasks require it.
- Ensure hazards are addressed and rectified in a timely manner.
- Participate in incident investigations and reporting.
- Conduct safety walk-throughs on project sites.
- Prepare safety paperwork as needed including but not limited to JSA, and Site safety Plans.
What You'll Bring:
Education & Certifications:
- Associates/Bachelor's degree PREFERRED or equivalent experience.
- AVIXA CTS Certification required or completed within 1 year of starting the position.
- A PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, preferred.
- Other relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on the technology focus of the position.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in systems integration is required, with 3+ years in project management.
- Deep knowledge and experience with media and entertainment or broadcast systems.
- A valid Ontario driver's license
- Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical projects.
- Strong financial background in project cost accounting.
- The Project Manager shall have the ability and skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political and people related problems.

Business Solutions Manager Overview:
This role focuses on opportunity intake, portfolio transparency, resource coordination, and executive reporting, ensuring leadership has the insights needed to make informed decisions.
By strengthening portfolio systems, financial visibility, and governance readiness, the BSM helps create the structure and clarity that enables delivery teams to operate efficiently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Opportunity Management
- Lead early-stage opportunity intake and evaluation, including development and review of Initial Project Assessments (IPAs).
- Manage and maintain opportunity and demand data within enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity or similar PPM platforms).
- Coordinate the development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates in partnership with business and delivery stakeholders.
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility across initiatives, demand, and capacity to support strategic planning and prioritization.
Financial & Resource Management
- Coordinate project manager and business analyst resource requests in collaboration with Enterprise PMO teams.
- Perform portfolio-level financial analysis, including forecasting, budget tracking, and funding scenario modeling.
- Support annual planning cycles, mid-year cost reviews, and year-end financial close activities.
- Provide financial insights that inform prioritization decisions, trade-offs, and change control discussions.
Reporting & Governance
- Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, including Agile and portfolio performance dashboards.
- Ensure initiatives meet governance readiness standards prior to entering approval or decision forums.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, transparency, and consistency across portfolio reporting tools.
- Facilitate portfolio governance meetings and support executive decision-making forums.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between business leaders, Business Solution Partners, Enterprise PMO, and delivery teams.
- Provide guidance on prioritization, funding strategies, resource allocation, and portfolio impacts.
- Promote consistent adoption of enterprise portfolio management and governance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in portfolio management, PMO operations, financial analysis, or enterprise program delivery environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights.

- $174,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
