About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Technologist who thrives at the intersection of technical infrastructure and creative growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing the digital ecosystems for the various places and communities we support.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & CRM

• Own and administer HubSpot: Workflows, lead scoring, email sequences, pipeline management, and reporting.

• Tracking Infrastructure: Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and UTM strategy.

• Lead Management: Build and optimize lead capture and nurture flows end-to-end.

• Paid Media: Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns - setup, targeting, budget management, optimization, and reporting.

• Attribution: Ensure clean attribution across channels so the team knows what is working.

Web Development & Deployment

• Build & Maintain: Deploy marketing websites using WordPress and/or Vercel + Sanity CMS.

• Full-Stack Capable: Comfortable with front-end, back-end, hosting, DNS, SSL, and CI/CD.

• Interactive Experiences: Create interactive maps, development explorers, and interactive kiosks/screens for sales centers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated marketing technology. Experience with work predating 2022 — we want someone who built skills before AI tools, not because of them.

• Expert-level HubSpot proficiency.

• Proven ad platform management - Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budget responsibility and performance accountability.

• Full-stack web development skills - can build and deploy production sites, not just edit a theme.

• Implementation and maintenance for advanced tracking infrastructure - can own the setup of GTM, GA4, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) using server-side tracking and UTM strategies to ensure clean attribution and close data gaps caused by browser privacy restrictions.

• Real estate or hospitality marketing experience strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) — leveraging tools for efficiency.

Who You Are

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Your Key Responsibilities are in these Four Areas

Operations Management

• Lead and manage all manufacturing activities, including mechanical assembly, panel building, machining, and final equipment testing and runoff. Establish work priorities and timelines to meet delivery dates and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory, Bill of Materials tracking, equipment resource and subcontractor services to meet project demands.
• Oversee facility maintenance which includes creating a clean and organized shop environment, curb appeal, buildings and grounds, equipment, vehicles, and maintenance.

Safety & Compliance

• Establish and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and training programs in compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.

Being an on-call employee means that your work schedule is not guaranteed, hours worked could range from 0 - 40 hours a week, depending on office needs. • Inspect buildings and structures to ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations relating to building construction, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, state energy code requirements, local zoning requirements, and job site erosion control.
• Investigate compliance complaints and, if necessary, mediate a resolution.

• Conducts site inspections of new and old commercial and residential buildings and structures to ensure compliance with approved plans and codes, notes violations. Approved plans will be reviewed, are posted on the construction site, and are reviewed by the inspector to see that they are properly implemented. Reinspects to ensure all noted violations have been corrected. The incumbent has the authority to stop work on a construction site if code violations are not corrected and makes the final approval of a structure prior to occupancy.
• Plans and schedules routes in order to ensure the most efficient use of time.
• Answers questions and provides technical advice related to building and structure code compliance.
• Investigates and responds to complaints regarding code compliance; informs individual making the complaint if a violation occurred and, if so, what corrective action has been taken.
• Logs daily inspections and prepares inspection reports.
• Reads special inspection reports for compliance and files reports.
• Inspects sites for grading and soil excavation or other land modifications. Makes a visual survey of the construction site to determine if a licensed survey is to be required for setback verification.
• Responds to public and contractor inquiries concerning interpretation of the National Electrical and related codes, construction problems, and City administrative procedures. This requires clear, concise, oral and written communication skills.
• Monitors construction to see that it is completed before occupancy of the building, the permit expires, or sees that the permit is renewed in a timely fashion.
• Maintains adequate records to assure proper documentation of inspections.
• Inspects nonstructural problems with building sites, such as surface water problems and inadequate access, and assures that they are corrected or referred to the appropriate City department.
• Position requires daily use of computer. Incumbent must have, or be able to learn, basic keyboard and computer skills.
• Performs daily inspections of vehicles to include checking tires and lights and determining if service is necessary.

• Attends staff meetings to discuss Building Department and City issues and to discuss changes in policy and codes.

Physical Demands and Working Environment:
The position is driving to or being at construction sites a majority of the time. Potential hazards at construction sites might include falling objects, loose footing, and construction equipment. The position may be required to climb ladders, occasionally walk on scaffolding, crawl in crawl spaces, and be exposed to inclement weather and adverse conditions. The incumbent is expected to perform as an emergency worker in the event of a disaster.
Positions in this class typically involve indoor and outdoor work in extreme variable temperature and atmospheric conditions. • Established relationships with multifamily developers, GCs, and/or national building material suppliers (lumber yards, truss manufacturers, or framing product vendors) are a strong plus.

Job Summary: ICON Builders is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced Superintendent in Texas for multifamily low-income renovation projects. This individual will be responsible for on-site coordination with Subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and to the highest standard of quality and care. The Superintendent plays a vital role in scheduling, sequencing, inspections, quality control and job site safety. This role is essential in maintaining ICON Builders’ commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects within budget and on schedule.

Superintendents must pay attention to detail, be self-motivated, have ability to multi-task and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Company projects are inherently deadline driven and require a helpful and collaborative effort with project team members every day.

Must be experienced in and able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of construction including understanding Subcontractor work, materials, estimating, cost control, scheduling and safety. Must possess knowledge of Occupied Affordable Housing renovation or have the ability to quickly learn and understand processes for success with ICON Builders.

This position requires a hands-on, self-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment that requires a work product that is highly accurate and timely. High degree of integrity including ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule Subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Walk the project on a regular basis to enforce Company standards for construction to ensure a quality product upon completion.
• Identify and communicate all work that does not conform to project specifications or standard of quality.
• Exhibit skills that establish and maintain harmonious working relationships between all members of the team and all activity on job site.
• Prepare and conduct all onsite Subcontractor meetings. Always monitor and enforce project safety exceeding local authority and OSHA standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, submittals as required, and plan work accordingly.
• Work with local building officials to schedule inspections as required to obtain sign-off approvals.
• Ensure that the job site is clean, safe, and organized. Maintain the job-site office in a neat and organized manner with appropriate documentation and due diligence in place.
• Prepare and maintain project As-built drawings for submittal upon completion of the project.
• Work with local utility companies to ensure timely installation of phone, power, gas, and cable.
• Prepare the project site and arrange for installation of temporary facilities as required for construction.
• Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork on time.
• Take ownership and responsibility for the creation and completion of the project punch list.
• Perform Superintendent’s duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned duties with an exceptional level of accuracy and timeliness
• Implement project start up and close out procedures as directed by Project Manager
• Assist Project Managers in the subcontract/buyout process, including but not limited to, bid analysis, subcontract document drafting and purchase orders
• Acquire an understanding of all subcontract scopes of work, subcontract agreements, project plans, specifications, and prime contract with the Owner
• Create list of required submittals and pursue subcontractors. Upon receipt, review submittals for completeness as per project plans and specifications
• Upon receipt of changes by Owner, Architect, or Engineer, create Proposal Request and forward to applicable subcontractors for pricing
• Assist Project Superintendent with field related coordination and updating the project schedule
• Assist Project Managers in all project meetings (i.e. OAC, Coordination)
• Follow through with subcontractors to ensure all proposals are received. Analyze proposals for completeness
• Process and distribute RFIs timely and coordinate with affected subcontractors
• Assist Project Manager with maintaining the project schedule
• Assist Project Manager with maintaining the Potential Change Order to Owners log and Subcontractor Change Orders
• Assist Project Manager in budget and change order management
