About the Role

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead strategic Industrial Construction and Facilities Engineering sourcing projects for new and existing sites across Ross' supply chain network. Their primary goals will be to help Ross mitigate risks, procure materials, equipment and services at the best value and be a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Process Execution
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Industrial Construction categories (e.g., steel structures, concrete, MEP systems, site services, etc.) and Facilities Maintenance categories (e.g., conveyor systems, fork trucks, racking, etc.). Pay range and compensation package

The base salary range for this role is $108,800 - $165,950. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

Position Purpose: 
A hidden gem--our family oriented acute care unit at Oelwein Medical Center keeps our patients to close to home while providing exceptional care!  Common admissions are for acute medical diagnosis and skilled rehab nursing care.  We welcome new grads and experienced nurses to join us in Oelwein!

What you will Do: 
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:  
Current IA RN license
BSN preferred
No experience required

Job Summary

Project Manager works collaboratively with Key Account Stakeholders maintaining a concentrated focus on excellence in project delivery and the overall execution is in accordance with established Key Account Contractual stipulations.

ASSA Abloy Global Solution Projects are multi-faceted and comprise varying access solutions, including mobile access technology for a host of new hotel construction and renovation projects. Project will vary in size, scope and technological complexity.

There is a continual stream of new projects assigned to the PMO throughout the month. Thus, proactive communication by the assigned project manager is critical throughout the life cycle of each project. As part of the functional requirements of the role, the Project Manager will process a large number of system related transactions in various software programs utilized by the organization.

Our ideal candidate will be able to operate efficiently in a very fast paced environment, be a self-starter, possessing a high degree of initiative to learn, effective communicator, detail oriented and maintain efficient overall desk management.
