Position Summary
The Director of People Analytics & Artificial Intelligence will build and lead TAG’s next generation people insights and AI strategy. Key Responsibilities
People Analytics Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute TAG’s enterprise people analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy.

What You'll Do:
- Critical role responsible for the retention of a segment of ExtensisHRs top clients

Responsibilities
- Deduction Management Excellence: Lead the end-to-end monitoring and validation of commercial and logistics deductions, including promotions, pricing, and vendor compliance, to ensure proper credit note issuance.
- Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Act as the primary point of contact for Commercial and Logistics teams, facilitating the recovery of missing documentation and resolving past-due balances through active customer engagement.

This role gives you direct ownership over a core, high-traffic experience used by millions of Pinners, where great design can meaningfully shift both user value and business outcomes. The work is inherently crossorg and highly visible. Closeup sits at the intersection of the Pinterest home feed, search, shopping, visual search, and more. You'll collaborate with senior partners across product, engineering, research, and adjacent design teams, building influence quickly and becoming a go to design leader for end-to-end experience decisions.
What You'll Do
- Own end to end Closeup design: Lead design for key Closeup experiences across iOS, Android, and web, from early exploration through launch and iteration
- Drive product outcomes through design: Partner with cross functional leads to define goals, metrics, and experiment plans, and ship improvements that increase user value and measurable impact
- Simplify complex, modular experiences: Improve information hierarchy, interaction patterns, and module behavior across many Pin types and use cases, balancing relevance, clarity, and actionability
- Partner across teams and systems: Work closely with adjacent teams (Home, Search, Visual Search, Gestalt) to align patterns and deliver a cohesive experience across the product
