Overview of the Business Development Representative (known internally as the Market Partnership Specialist)
Wayspring is seeking a Market Partnership Specialist to build collaborative relationships with treatment programs in the community, with the goal of driving referrals and enrollments in Wayspring’s services. The Market Partnership Specialist will collaborate with treatment programs, build deep relationships with providers and community partners, and work with in-market field staff to ensure performance of the program.
This position is crucial to the success of Wayspring, and our ideal candidate will be eager to own relationships, have an interest in enhancing their account management skills, and leverage technology and resources to innovate and drive performance. Responsibilities of the Market Partnership Specialist
- Develops and fosters multi-level relationships between Wayspring and community partners, such as:
- Residential Treatment Facilities providing services for those facing Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
- Traditional Medical Facilities, such as Hospitals, Emergency Departments, Inpatient, Behavioral Health Facilities, Urgent Care Centers and other traditional medical providers who interact with the SUD and Medicaid population (PCPs, Specialists, Pain Management groups, etc.)
- Sober Living and other community partners that serve members with substance use disorders
- Criminal Justice Entities and crisis response systems
- Other community or organizations that interact with the SUD population, such as food banks, employment services, and government-led organizations
- Facilitates presentations and serves as a liaison between Wayspring and key external community partners and internal stakeholders.
- Partners in implementation efforts with member operations; assists in establishing protocols and procedures for the referral of members from partnerships into Wayspring’s program.
- Provides regular updates and detailed documentation of all partnerships and status in the market.
- Partners with the member operations department to enhance member enrollment.
- Leverages data to evaluate and track market penetration of provider and community referrals to ensure strong pipeline of members into the Wayspring program.
- Discovers, attends, and represents Wayspring at any regional conferences, symposiums, industry meetings, or related events that involve SUD treatment and initiatives for the Medicaid population.
- Communicates and relays findings for continuous quality improvement related to community partner integrations.
- Adheres to Wayspring information security and privacy requirements.
- Additional duties will be assigned, as this role will be an evolving force as our business and services continue to expand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in outside sales and/or account management.
- Experience in local healthcare market/community resources knowledge is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an account management role is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communications within a matrix environment.
- Experience building relationships at various levels throughout an organization.
- Ability to function in interdisciplinary settings.

Additional Details:

The Opportunity
This is a founding-level development and construction role at an emerging platform. You will own the full project lifecycle — from early diligence and capex underwriting through GC management, renovation delivery, and operational handoff — across a growing portfolio of projects in markets across the country. You will be the primary owner-side brain on all capital projects: assembling the right consultants for each deal, making fast and accurate budget estimates before full plans exist, keeping projects on schedule and on budget, and building the systems and playbooks that will support Blue Hour's growth. This is not a siloed construction role. You will work closely with the acquisitions, asset management, and operations teams. The right person thinks like an owner: commercially minded, scrappy, organized, and energized by a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do
Capex Underwriting & Diligence
o Build preliminary construction budgets from site visits, floor plans, and photos — before full architectural plans exist — to support deal underwriting
o Assess zoning and entitlement risk on potential acquisitions; coordinate with local land use counsel and municipalities as needed
o Evaluate scope of work, site conditions, and building systems on potential acquisitions; identify red flags and hidden costs
Project Execution
o Manage a mixed portfolio of project types simultaneously — including large-scale hotel and motel conversions, apartment complex renovations, and small multifamily / single-family renovations — bringing the same rigor and accountability to a $100,000 renovation as a $10M conversion
o Assemble and manage the third-party project teams (GC, architect, MEP engineers, FF&E vendors)
o Run the bidding and contractor selection process; negotiate scopes, contracts, and pricing
o Manage all active renovation and conversion projects — tracking budgets, schedules, change orders, and milestones across a concurrent portfolio
o Conduct site visits including bid walks, preconstruction walks, progress visits, and punch list closeouts
o Identify and resolve issues proactively; escalate to leadership with clear options and recommendations
Reporting & Systems
o Keep leadership informed through a clear, consistent internal reporting cadence on budget exposure, schedule risk, and project status
o Build and maintain the capex catalog, FF&E standards, and renovation playbooks that enable Blue Hour to move faster and more consistently as the portfolio grows
o Own the project management infrastructure — trackers, checklists, closeout documentation — and continuously improve it
What You Bring
o You have 5+ years in real estate development, construction management, or owner's rep roles — with direct experience managing renovations, conversions, or value-add projects as the owner-side lead
o You have done hotel-to-residential conversions, multifamily repositioning, or similar adaptive reuse work — or you've managed a diverse portfolio of concurrent smaller projects and can translate that experience quickly
o You can build a construction budget from a floor plan and a site visit, not just from a full set of drawings
o You are deeply organized – you manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping balls, and you build systems to keep others aligned
o You think commercially — you understand the relationship between construction cost, project timeline, and investment returns, and you make decisions with that lens
o You are comfortable with ambiguity and operate well without a large internal support team; you know when to escalate and when to just solve it
o You have strong written and verbal communication skills; you can run a meeting with a GC and then write a clear project update for an investor

The Concrete Mix Specialist is responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting concrete mix designs to ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards, and performance requirements. This role works closely with production teams, quality control, engineers, and customers to deliver consistent, high‑performance concrete across all applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesMix Design & Optimization- Develop and adjust concrete mix designs for various strengths, slumps, and performance requirements.
- Evaluate material properties (cement, aggregates, admixtures, SCMs) to ensure compatibility and consistency.

As Director of Operations, you will be a key leader in running the operational engine of this company — the people, the processes, the projects, and the P&L — working in close partnership with the Founder. Operational Architecture
→ Refine and finalize BCS's existing proprietary processes into fully scalable SOPs, playbooks, and training systems. The foundation is built; your job is to sharpen it.
→ Lead and manage the operational infrastructure required to support aggressive, sustained growth — systems, workflows, technology, and quality controls, in partnership with the Founder.
People Leadership
→ Directly supervise the consulting team, including Senior Managing Consultants and a growing cohort of staff and apprentice-level consultants.
→ Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, professional development, and accountability in conjunction with the Founder.

Growth Execution

Required:

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to support the Chief Operating Officer and President. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the executive team in overseeing a complex, multi-brand organization. The ideal candidate’s intellectual curiosity will drive them to holistically understand the business while their extreme ownership will result in them approaching business decisions and deliverables with the highest degree of thoughtfulness.
You will
- Partner with leadership to frame decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and optimize outcomes across brand, product, operations, and finance. Recommend courses of action after acquiring data and conducting research.
- Identify issues before they become fires; extinguish the ones that already are by coordinating various teams to singular outcomes.
- Partner with executives to identify, coach, and develop high-potential directors, strengthening leadership capability, addressing gaps head-on, and accelerating readiness for expanded responsibility.
- Break down silos by strengthening cross-functional communication, clarifying ownership, and improving how work moves across the organization.
- Organize and manage cross-functional projects and key initiatives, establishing clear goals, timelines, and ownership.
- Synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Learn and understand processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure meetings are well-structured, decisions are documented, and follow-through is clear. Document key decisions, assumptions, and tradeoffs to support learning over time.
- Take ownership of special initiatives that cut across teams or require senior-level attention. Step in as a problem-solver when something important is stuck or unclear.
You have
- A holistic understanding of business operations and financials; experience in small organizations, DTC, consumer goods, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple factors and perspectives to support high-quality decision-making.
- The capacity for exceptional discretion and judgment when handling sensitive leadership, personnel, and strategic issues.
- The curiosity to go wide and deep. Gathering knowledge and insights from throughout the organization, across all departments.
- A track record of developing cross-functional relationships by demonstrating competence, trustworthiness, humility, and willingness to learn.
- Experience managing/organizing projects and tracking/reporting on progress of key initiatives.
- Interest in brand marketing and consumer goods; experience or enthusiasm for cosmetics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.
- A business degree in finance, operations, law, or management; MBA a plus
- Nice to have: experience founding or leading a startup or small company, with firsthand exposure to ambiguity, resource constraints, and rapid decision-making

Work environment

The Graphic Designer role will be responsible for the overall design and illustrative/graphic /visuals of several projects within a multiple client base. The designer will work collaboratively with the design team to create engaging designs that support the company’s vision and continued growth. With guidance and direction from the design team, the designer should have the ability to translate concepts into design while being open to learning more.
Responsibilities:
· Ability to understand the scope of the project using the creative brief provided and seek out necessary resources. This designer will develop original concepts and ideas from design through production across a wide variety of projects for both print and digital mediums.
· Print and digital creative including but not limited to Brand launches, various point of sale print components, web banners & digital website assets, social media images, Monthly Deals promotions, Event marketing & Signage, Editorial and Catalog designs.

Education and Skills:
- Degree in graphic design or related field. Design Portfolio required.
