Atkore currently has openings for Machine Operator/Coilers in our New Bedford, MA facility. All openings will be 3rd Shift (Midnight - 8am), Monday through Friday (occasional overtime may be required including weekends) however training may take place on any shift.

Responsibilities include set up, operation, inspection and adjustment of large and/or heavy coiling equipment. This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs as well as pushing/pulling of coiling materials, completion of necessary paperwork and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

We are looking for an exceptional technical leader and engineering manager to help lead the search backend team that spans across Palo Alto and Seattle.

• The candidate will be responsible for major areas of the search engine for more than 450 million monthly active Pinterest users, including indexing and document ranking, query and content understanding, personalization, ML based retrieval, shopping, videos, as well as infrastructure efficiency and scalability. The Content Success team is responsible for ensuring that Pinners see fresh new products, ideas and inspiration in their recommendations and that Content Producers receive value from the platform through exposure, engagement and monetization. Install of ships equipment which includes general machinery, main machinery, weapons systems, remote operating gear etc. which involves layout, tacking, grinding, drilling, reaming, spot facing, bolting, torqueing, testing etc. (but not limited to). And/or Responsible for safely activating, testing and operating of ships, main propulsion and auxiliary systems in accordance with approved procedures, practices and policies. Responsible to comply with approved Departmental Operating Instructions. Read and interpret test memos. Participate in sea trials and work list ship systems to provide direction to the construction mechanics.

Responsibilities

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience using basic shop tools, tacking, hand tools, torqueing and portable drilling tools. 2 years Trade or Technical schooling in a mechanical field, or at least 3 years of experience working in a mechanical Field And/or Any of the following: Valid USCG engine license or QMED certification for steam, motor or gas turbine engines A minimum of 3 years Navy or Coast Guard experience in engineering position, minimum E4 pay grade A minimum of 3 years successfully operating and testing shipboard systems

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical integration and sub‑assembly work for automotive OEM projects (Chrysler, Ford, GM).
