Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Crew Lead to support 2nd Shift operations due to increased production volume. This role will lead night-shift warehouse activities, coordinate labor, manage inventory flow, and ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 2nd shift warehouse operations (3:00 PM – 12:00)
- Handle late loading and unloading after 1st shift
- Perform pre-picking for next-day outbound shipments
- Manage night production inventory storage
- Support raw material inbound operations
- Organize inventory and optimize location grouping
- Operate WMS and PDA scanners for inventory accuracy
- Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence
Required Qualifications
