QUALIFICATIONS

Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Design Engineer is responsible for the support of new and existing products. This support may include, but is not limited to, product development, prototype generation, laboratory testing and problem solving, from concept to production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for understanding the customer’s technical scope of work and delivering designs that meet or exceed expectations.
· Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications, data, drawings and models to determine design factors as well as tolerancing.
· Uses computer aided design tools for two- and three-dimensional magnetic analysis, computation fluid analysis, structural finite element analysis to develop and optimize designs.
· Designs for manufacturability
· Uses lab equipment such as force testers, multimeters, flow meters and environmental chambers to ensure products exceed customer requirements.
· Uses hand tool, soldering tools, and presses to build prototypes and customer evaluations
· Participates and/or leads design reviews and records meeting notes and lessons learned.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Job Overview
This is a new role at Bigge, created deliberately. We are building a sales function designed to meet buyers where they are, on social media, in their feed, before they ever pick up the phone. The person we hire will have a direct hand in shaping what that function becomes.
Bigge’s marketing team is intentionally lean. That means this role carries real weight. You will work directly alongside the marketing manager, have a genuine voice in how the department operates, and see the impact of your work immediately. This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do. It is a role where you help decide what gets done.
You will own the social production process end to end, from concept and filming to editing and posting. You will also own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through to closing both inbound and outbound opportunities. This is not a hand-off role. You generate the interest, you work the pipeline, and you close the deal.

Responsibilities
- Own Bigge’s social production process end to end, including concept, filming, editing, and posting across platforms
- Drive sales of new equipment and parts inventory through social media outreach, digital prospecting, and online marketplace platforms

Technical Delivery Lead

Our client is seeking a Delivery Lead who will be the primary architect and strategist for their artificial intelligence initiatives. You won't just be managing a team; you will be designing the blueprint for how they integrate machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI into their healthcare-centric ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between complex data science and real-world medical professional needs, ensuring our solutions are scalable, ethical, and performant.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end Al pipelines, from data ingestion and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify high-impact opportunities for Al, such as predictive patient outcomes, clinical workflow automation, or intelligent diagnostics.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship and setting high standards for code quality and algorithmic integrity.
- Ensure all Al solutions adhere to healthcare regulations (HIPAA/GDPR), focusing on data privacy, model explainability, and bias mitigation.
- Evaluate and select the best-in-class LLMs, cloud infrastructures, and MLOps tools to power our stack.
Qualifications we seek in you!
- 8+ years in software engineering or data science, with at least 3+ years in a leadership architectural capacity.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) via RAG or fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with medical data standards (HL7, FHIR) and the unique challenges of healthcare datasets.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for machine learning.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for clinical documentation.
- The ability to explain "black box" models to non-technical stakeholders.
