The Role We Want You For

The Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Markets supports CRG’s regional offices, Capital Markets team, and senior leadership through financial analysis of new development opportunities, active projects, and the broader CRG development platform. The role will focus primarily on CRG’s industrial platform, with potential exposure over time to data centers, residential/student housing, and other asset classes.

Key responsibilities include underwriting development opportunities using Excel-based pro forma models, supporting the disposition process for completed projects, assisting with Investment Committee materials, and preparing monthly reporting packages for investors and lenders. The role also contributes to internal reporting and analysis related to CRG’s development pipeline and overall portfolio performance.

The Specifics of the Role

• Lead underwriting for new development opportunities; prepare excel-based financial models including in-depth financial and sensitivity analysis, valuations, and investor return modeling.
• Assist with raising joint venture equity and construction loans to capitalize new projects; prepare marketing materials, aid in capital partner diligence, and closing.
• Support regional development teams in preparing Investment Committee submissions.
• Prepare external reports on project progress for joint venture partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, portfolio management, brokerage, or lending; industrial experience is a plus by not required.
• Must understand complex pro forma cash flows and valuation models. Experience with joint venture equity structures and waterfall mods is a plus but not required.
• Proven financial analysis and valuation capability (NPV, IRR, lease comparison, ROI, DCF Modeling, Payback, etc.) with highly advanced Excel modeling skills, including the accurate underwriting and modeling of large ground-up developments. Additional data aggregation and analysis skills (such as portfolio rollups and sensitivities) are a plus.
• Desire to learn and become well-versed in the market dynamics and fundamentals of covered regions.

Job Summary

The Senior Platform Architect will lead the technical architecture, design, and modernization of large-scale, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platforms built on Azure and the .NET stack. Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 8+ years of hands-on React experience.
• Advanced TypeScript skills, with a focus on type safety and best practices.
• Strong experience with Material UI for building accessible, consistent UIs.
• Solid understanding of Node.js and experience with Node.js library packaging.
• Hands-on experience with front-end test frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
• Deep understanding of Webpack, including performance optimizations, tree shaking, and bundle splitting.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Experience with performance tuning, lazy loading, and optimizing Lighthouse scores.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for front-end deployments.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL, with experience in efficient data fetching strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex front-end issues.

Role Summary

We are seeking an IT Web Developer to help support and enhance our custom web applications. This role is ideal for a developer who has a solid foundation in modern web development and is looking to grow their skills while working on real-world business systems.

The developer will work with tools such as React & JavaScript for frontend development. PHP backend using an MVC framework, and a MySQL database, all hosted in a Linux-based VPS environment. This role will collaborate closely with experienced IT team members, business stakeholders, and third-party developers contributing to new features, improvements, and ongoing application support. This will be a hybrid role located at our headquarters in Medina, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Support

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing custom web applications
• Implement new features, UI improvements, and administrative tools under guidance from senior IT staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Learn and follow established coding standards and best practices

Backend & Database Contributions

• Write and maintain database queries and assist with schema updates
• Support backend development, including APIs and admin functionality
• Help ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability

Required Skills & Experience

Experience and Education

• 1–3 years of experience supporting or building web applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or IT is preferred
• Equivalent experience accepted (Associate’s degree, bootcamp, or self-taught) with demonstrable project work and ability to work in an existing codebase

Technical Foundation

• Working knowledge of JavaScript and React (components, hooks, API integration)
• Experience with PHP in a web application context
• Intermediate experience with relational database management systems, such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

General Competencies

• Ability to debug issues across frontend, backend, and database layer
• Willingness to learn existing systems and improve them incrementally
• Comfort working with established codebases
• Ability to cooperate effectively across teams while demonstrating strong self-accountability and leadership

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony, or similar)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Basic familiarity with Linux environments
• Familiarity with NoSQL Databases, such as MongoDB
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions in Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
• Production experience with large codes bases
• History of maintenance with business-critical systems
• Performance optimization skills (application and database-level) with large data applications
