Nosis Bio is a well-funded biotech startup exclusively focused on cell-specific delivery of RNA therapeutics. We are seeking a Technical Specialist / Research Associate to conduct in-vivo experiments to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) properties of therapeutic candidates. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with in-vivo animal studies and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support various drug discovery projects.

• Perform in-vivo PK/PD studies in animal models, including intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous dose administration, blood sampling, tissue collection, and necropsy
• Ensure proper animal handling and dosing techniques, following established protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Assist in the execution of in-vivo studies to support the evaluation of drug properties
• Collect, organize, and document experimental data accurately and maintain laboratory records in compliance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biology, chemistry, and translational science, to support project goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all animal care and use guidelines, and follow company SOPs and safety protocols.

Job Description:

• Pharmacometrics is concerned with the mathematical and statistical analyses and modeling of biological, pharmacological, and physiological data and processes. It quantifies the various aspects of the (desired and undesired) effects of drugs in the context of disease. The models are based on clinical data, and provide a basis for informing efficient drug development, regulatory decisions, and optimal treatment of patients.

Purpose:

• We are building comprehensive Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) capabilities in-house to create reusable platform models across our oncology portfolio. We seek a talented and motivated expert to develop advanced Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) models in oncology that enable Virtual Population simulations. You will act as a MIDD expert for oncology and integrate this knowledge into Clinical Pharmacology strategy for related development programs.

This means:

• Develop QSP platform models for multiple oncology mechanisms including:
• Immune checkpoint inhibitors (IO/ICI) across colorectal, lung, and ovarian cancers
• Antibody-drug conjugates across lung, ovarian, and colorectal cancers
• T-cell engagers and bispecifics/trispecifics in multiple myeloma
• CAR-T therapies in hematologic malignancies
• Create and optimize Virtual Populations to capture patient heterogeneity and support clinical trial design
• Implement new methods to enhance QSP-driven MIDD, including AI/machine learning augmentation for literature screening, model drafting, and virtual population optimization
• Deliver practical results that inform dose and regimen selection, optimal combinations, therapy duration, and study design for active development programs
• Work as part of a coordinated team under the oversight of a senior pharmacometrician within the PMx Oncology Group

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree with five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

The Manager - Data Science and Analytics plays a critical role in revenue and margin management for the Merchandising organization by performing various pricing analyses to exceed the financial targets. This highly visible individual will manage the daily and weekly promotions for print and digital marketing vehicles, so to be successful, strong analytical skills and business savviness is vital. This Team Member will develop and use analytics tools to draw insights and provides actionable recommendations while exhibiting higher-order critical thinking under ambiguous situations.

Major Activities

• Machine Learning Forecasting: Maintain, regularly run, and potentially adjust time-series forecasting pipelines with backtesting, accuracy diagnostics, drift detection, and ongoing monitoring.
• Pricing optimization: Maintain, regularly run and potentially adjust pricing/markdown optimization engines (e.g., Gurobi, CP-SAT), including feasibility checks, constraint adjustments, relaxations, and scenario analysis.
• Mathematical modeling: Translate new business rules (e.g., new constraints for pricing) into robust mathematical formulations.
• Production engineering: Maintain a modular codebase across forecasting, optimization, and data workflows; keep ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation. Maintain overrides to handle data quality issues.
• Reporting & impact measurement: Own reporting for the pricing engine, turn recommendations into stakeholder-ready insights and quantify business impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Merchants and Pricing Advisory to translate business needs into features for retail pricing algorithm
• Develop and implement user-friendly analytics dashboards and tools that perform complex analysis manipulating large data sets to identify actionable business insights

Preferred Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced MS Excel required.
• Proficiency in forecasting and machine learning: Ability to build and deploy time-series forecasting models including feature engineering and robust backtesting & monitoring.
• Data manipulation and analysis: Strong ability to work with large datasets using Python (pandas/NumPy) and SQL, performing clean feature creation and diagnostic analysis.
• Data Engineering: Previous experience building DBT ETLs on cloud-based warehouses like BigQuery and working in Vertex AI.
• Problem-solving ability: Strong analytical skills to decompose complex business problems, balance solution quality vs runtime, and implement pragmatic fallbacks.
• Master’s degree in economics, data analytics, or math related field preferred
