GENERAL DUTIES:
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)/Supervisor of Nurses (SON diagnosis and treats human responses to actual or potential health problems through such services as data collection,

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides direct patient care as necessary. Using the problem-oriented progress notes, written to match each problem documented on the Problem List and organized using the SOAP format.
- Coordinates the nursing care provided for patients within a given unit by:
- Assigning appropriate nursing staff for patient care activities such as admissions, sick call, treatments, medications, punitive segregation rounds, follow-up, etc. Problems in staffing must be communicated to the On-Site Director of Nursing.

The FTZ Operations & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, and serving as a primary point of contact for FTZ customers. This role ensures full adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations under 19 CFR Part 146, FTZ Board guidelines, and related federal trade laws. This role manages inventory control, documentation, duty optimization strategies, warehouse operations, and customer communication, and serves as the primary liaison with CBP, customs brokers, internal teams, and external partners to support seamless import/export activities and maximize cost savings through duty deferral, reduction, proper tariff classification, and ensure high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
FTZ Compliance
- Manage daily FTZ transactions, including admissions (e214), transfers, exports, and weekly entries
- Ensure compliance with 19 CFR Part 146, CBP regulations, and internal SOPs
- Maintain accurate FTZ inventory control system (ICS) records, including zone status (PF, NPF, Domestic)
- Prepare, file, and maintain all required customs documentation, including but not limited to Admissions (CF-214/e-214), Entries (CF-7501, CF-7512, CF-3461), In-Bond transactions, and related filings. Coordinate with customs brokers on FTZ filings and entry processing
- Support CBP audits, compliance reviews, and annual reconciliation
FTZ Operations
- Optimize duty savings and cost efficiencies by applying appropriate tariff classification and duty deferral/reduction techniques, zone-to-zone transfers, and other FTZ benefits
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with CBP, the FTZ Board, and other regulatory bodies; respond to inquiries, prepare reports, and facilitate smooth interactions
Warehouse & Process Coordination
- Coordinate FTZ receiving, storage, segregation, and shipping activities with warehouse teams
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, customs brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate the efficient flow of goods into, within, and out of the FTZ

Education: Four-year college degree (Science or environmental majors preferred) or 2+years related experience required.
Experience: Prior lab packing or environmental waste experience preferred.

General Purpose
Environmental Specialist I, you will learn the safe and compliant packaging and shipping of hazardous waste while working at a customer’s location. You’ll learn how it’s handled safely, where it goes, and how we help keep these materials out of landfills and water supplies. In this role, you will collect, separate and pack hazardous material for storage and transport and you’ll be trained to complete the required documentation in accordance with our practices and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Travel to Abbott Northwestern or United Hospital in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN on M, W, F, and ride along with a CDL B specialist on Tuesday and Thursdays

- Walk, collect, sort, package, and label hazardous and nonhazardous waste within the hospital site
- Utilizing online work order system which prints service requests, TM will collect hazardous and non-hazardous materials from various accumulation areas on the hospital campus and deliver the materials to Hazardous Waste Storage areas
- Keep accurate inventories of materials for disposal
- Ensure all containers are tracked, labeled and dated
- Ensure all containers are always closed
- Pour off approved 5-gallon containers into drums
- Relabel bulked 5-gallon containers for reuse for the same material
- Compile detailed inventories of lab pack materials, segregate and package lab pack materials based on prepared inventory sheets
- Prepare all required shipping documents – Manifests, LDRs, inventory sheets, labels & markings
- Organize batteries – segregate by type, tape and package
- Collect and package lightbulbs for disposal
- Assist with reporting requirements and compliance
- Unload inbound trucks with supplies and load outbound trucks with drums or other containers of hazardous, non-hazardous and universal wastes
- Ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents by correctly counting containers removed from our added to trucks

- Follow all Health & Safety/Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) procedures as outlined in Clean Earth procedures and policies

Basic Qualifications

Physical Demands

Job Description
The Environmental Technician consolidates, treats, stores, packs, transports and/or disposes of hazardous waste in accordance with environmentally responsible and compliant practices, policies, and procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate records.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Segregate and package material for transport.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, practices and procedures.
- Operate fork trucks and other mobile equipment to move containers to and from storage and treatment areas and to load/unload trailers.
- Complete required documentation accurately, timely and legibly in accordance with applicable regulations and customer policies, practices and procedures.
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods
- Visual acuity to read labels and documentation; depth perception to safely drive forklifts
- Ability to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms
- Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled conditions
