Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with DHS customers and internal engineering teams to lead required RMF process/steps to assess and authorize a system obtaining and maintaining a full ATO (Authority to operate).

- Assist the customer with authorizing assessment and authorization (A&A) documentation.
- Support writing and reviewing of Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation packages to support risk assessments.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the ISSO field, focusing on supporting the security activities associated with evaluating, implementing, managing security practices, and continued operations of new and existing technologies
- Experience with requirements analysis, architect, design, and documentation development of cybersecurity and information security solutions
- Experience leading RMF for IATT/ATO activities involving custom on-prem and cloud solutions is a bonus.
- Experience performing vulnerability risk analysis on the deficiencies found during RMF control testing.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and scanners used to evaluate the security posture of the system/enclave (preferred tool experience: Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, BurpSuite, Checkmarx, NexusIQ, SonarQube)

Job Summary
As the Training Supervisor, you will provide training regarding a variety of security topics in support of a new, dynamic new contract with Inter-Con Security. You will conduct practical exercises in addition to classroom lectures. You may be required to conduct research and provide recommendations regarding the integration and application of security program policies. You may be required to provide analysis, recommendations, and assistance regarding new or existing security requirements.
You will oversee the maintenance of compliance with Inter-Con requirements, as well as local, state, and/or federal authorities, entities, or other oversight/advisory boards with regards to training and record-keeping as required for documentation, analysis, and reporting purposes. You will lead and/or assist efforts in the development of training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials as necessary.
Primary Responsibilities
Training program experience that includes but is not limited to:
- Using a standard classroom instruction format supported by and developed by way of an academic “Instructional System (IS)” like format.
- Developing training programs, PPTs, syllabus, testing material, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with different training delivery methods (OJT, Web-based, etc.) and types (technical, professional, team, safety, etc.).
- Assign training to personnel as applicable.
- Schedule personnel to attend applicable training.
- Be a certified instructor for CPR, AED and Adult First Aid (certifications accepted include Red Cross, ASHA, etc.)
Requirements and Qualifications
- Be a citizen of the United States.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Police Science, Public Safety and/or related field is preferred. Instructional Design or Learning Development Certification a plus.
- Computer proficiency required to include experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training, education, instruction, professional development, military and/or police training administration environment or equivalent.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Cipriani is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Director of Security to lead all security operations across our New York City locations. This role is responsible for protecting our guests, employees, assets, and brand reputation while maintaining the elevated service standards synonymous with Cipriani. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strong leadership, risk management expertise, and hospitality-minded professionalism.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Oversee and standardize security operations across all NYC Cipriani properties, including restaurants, private clubs, event spaces, and corporate offices
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols
- Lead, train, and manage all security personnel (in-house and third-party), ensuring consistent coverage, performance, and professionalism
- Serve as the primary liaison with NYPD, FDNY, emergency services, and relevant regulatory agencies
- Obtain and maintain all necessary FDNY licenses and certifications required to operate all Cipriani restaurants, clubs, and event venues

40+ hours a week guaranteed, locations to vary, however the same days off will be pretty consistent. Most of the shifts you work will be over night grave shifts , some of them will be swing and occasionally we will ask you to work days. We do our best to give you a consistent schedule and as we grow other opportunities may become available.
1st Year Hourly Pay: $30.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $31.00/hr
2nd year Hourly Pay or when you make supervisor, whichever is first: $32.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $33.00/hr
Vacation Time: 24 hours the 1st year (based on working 40 hours/week) then an additional 8 hours added every year thereafter (2nd year 32 hrs, 3rd year 40 hrs, 4th year 48 hrs, etc.)

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.
The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.
Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll work in a unique manufacturing and dealer environment, leveraging expert-level AutoCAD and Inventor skills to craft low- and medium-voltage AC layouts, DC controls, and the logic that ties multiple gensets into advanced paralleling switchgear and smart control panels. Juggle multiple high-impact projects, troubleshoot in the test cell, and serve as the go-to authority for production teams and customers alike-making an outsized impact alongside a collaborative squad of engineers, sales pros, and suppliers.
Basic Duties
Develop exact electrical documentation
- Produce comprehensive wiring schematics, conduit schedules, and panel layouts in AutoCAD and Inventor for diesel and natural gas gensets, ensuring every reference, layer, and legend is unambiguous.
- Size and specify breakers, relays, PLC/HMI hardware, and interface circuits that integrate seamlessly with low to medium-voltage paralleling switchgear and DC control systems.
- Audit project drawings, vendor prints, and specifications against UL, NFPA 70/110, ISO, and customer standards; log variances and close them before release.
- Diagnose elusive startup, commissioning, and controls problems for technicians through root-cause-based recommendations that feed back into design libraries to improve the product.
- Translate application questions into concise recommendations and solutions and document in formal engineering notes.
- Maintain production continuity
- Follow standard protocols and proven design protocols to ensure consistent high-quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Manage the submittal dossier
- Assemble, index, and track all drawings, studies, and data sheets through the approval cycle; document every revision for full traceability.
- Leverage Caterpillar engineering resources
- Retrieve and interpret factory application guides, PID data, and software updates; ensure the latest revisions are embedded in each project.
- Enable precise estimating
- Deliver dimensioned one-lines, BOMs, and labor take-offs to the Sales team so quotes reflect real scope, margin, and risk.
- Design for the exceptional case
- Apply first-principles analysis to bespoke components or control sequences required by unique site conditions or regulatory environments.
- Control the critical path
- Use tools and milestone checklists to keep engineering actions on time, document slippage causes, and propose corrective actions proactively.
- Adapt as requirements evolve
- When priorities shift, re-baseline drawings, calculations, designs, and priorities so the entire team works from a single source of truth.

Education & Experience

Technical Expertise
- Proficiency with Caterpillar toolsets (CAT ET, CAT Monitoring Software, SIS Web, TMI, EDDC) is highly desirable.
