Job Summary
Works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services across the continuum of care. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline's professional code of ethics.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and establishes a care plan, as appropriate.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary Team to assess for appropriate level of care and risk factors; develops and implements care/discharge plan and coordinates consults/referrals to remove barriers and promote optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
- Utilizes specific therapeutic methods/strategies/interventions in accordance with individualized care plan.

Program Summary
Natchaug Hospital's Northeast Treatment Center in Danielson, CT is conveniently located to both northwestern Rhode Island and south central Massachusetts. Natchaug's Joshua Center Programs treat children as young as six and as old as 17 who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues, but do not require inpatient care. Services Include: Comprehensive assessment, which may include: Comprehensive aftercare planning, family, group, and individual therapy, occupational and creative rehabilitation therapy. Natchaug Hospital provides transportation from school to the Joshua Center Program, and then to the student's home.
Job Summary
Lead Behavioral Health Clinician works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services in the Child/Adolescent outpatient partial hospitalization program (PHP). Clinical services include individual, group and family therapy. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline's professional code of ethics. Assumes leadership responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership. May assume clinical oversight of daily operations in the absence of Program Manager.

As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our client's pools sparkling clean and well-maintained. From balancing chemicals to maintaining water levels, you'll be the go-to person for all things pool-related. Plus, you'll get to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air all day long. Schedule and other stuff to know?
- Our office is based in Brecksville, OH; Pool Cleaning Technicians are assigned a route of commercial swimming pools to be assigned cleaning responsibilities.
- Customers hire us because they trust us to keep their pools and maintained for their swimmers 7 days a week.
- Our Pool Cleaning Technicians can work 5 -7 days a week averaging between 35-45 hours. If selected for an interview, scheduling preferences will be discussed.

- Resilience: Skilled at handling objections and turning “no” into “yes.”
- Organization: Strong attention to detail, disciplined in following processes, and excellent note-taking skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methods, and Microsoft Excel.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts is a big plus. Terms like EDR, MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, Penetration Testing, MFA, Ransomware, and Disaster Recovery should not be foreign to you.

Compensation
- Base salary range of $40,000 - $50,000
- Sales commission - $250 for each First Time Appointment (FTA) that schedules a Second Time Appointment (STA).
- 33% of 1st Month Revenue from a signed Monthly Recurring Revenue deal
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000 - $80,000 per year.

The Role We Want You For
The Community Engagement Specialist will be responsible for supporting place-based community engagement efforts for a large-scale data center project in Haskell, Texas. This role will help build trusted relationships with local stakeholders, support workforce and skilled trades initiatives, and expand participation of local businesses in project opportunities. The Community Engagement Specialist will collaborate closely with project leadership, procurement, finance, and construction teams to ensure meaningful local impact throughout the life of the project.
The Specifics of the Role
- Execute a Haskell-focused community engagement strategy aligned with project goals.
- Lead the organization of community meetings, listening sessions, workforce events, and local nonprofit engagements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with local stakeholders including city officials, school districts, workforce boards, community colleges, and nonprofit organizations.
- Research and track local social and economic issues and community priorities within Haskell County and surrounding communities.
- Work in conjunction with Procurement and Finance to communicate Local Business opportunities to internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain records of prime subcontractor Local Business commitments and utilization.
- Compile and maintain a directory of local vendors and potential bidders.
- Support outreach events and networking opportunities to promote project contracting opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to track first-tier and second-tier Local Business participation.
- Assist with collection and reporting of hyper-local, local, and regional spend data.
- Support workforce initiatives aligned with site work, MEP, concrete, steel, and general labor trades.
- Assist project teams with tracking and monitoring participation of local residents in construction trades.
- Coordinate data gathering and reporting for workforce programs, site tours, internships, and pre-apprenticeship efforts.
- Support partnerships with local school districts, community colleges, and workforce boards.
- Assist with development and maintenance of reports and dashboards related to community engagement, Local Business utilization, and workforce outcomes.
- Provide community engagement and local impact information to support proposals and presentations.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Attend meetings and events with organizations that support community engagement, workforce development, and local economic inclusion.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in community engagement, workforce development, or local economic development.
- Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction or infrastructure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Haskell, TX.
- Some travel throughout Haskell and surrounding counties.
