As an Account Executive for Smart Building Solutions, youβll own a pipeline of target accounts and drive new customer acquisition in facilities and portfolio environments (owners/operators, FM providers, data center operators, and adjacent ecosystems). As a Technical Product Manager for the AI ISV Partner Program , you will own the strategy, structure, and evolution of Dellβs AI ISV ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining the useβcase and workload framework , identifying market and portfolio gaps, and shaping how Dell partners with AI software vendors to deliver complete, validated AI solutions across industries.
You will serve as the connective tissue between market opportunity, partner capability, and Dellβs AI platformsβensuring the right partners, workloads, and architectures are prioritized to maximize customer outcomes.

BY Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering Enterprise Architecture-compliant solutions that meet the business's functional requirements for large-scale and/or complex business project teams in Supply Chain Space. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This customer-facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong engagement across engineering, sales, partners, and customers ensuring that all deployed systems meet performance, reliability, and scalable standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre and post sales technical support, including RF predictive modeling and solution design and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Help develop scalable installation models, develop and maintain acceptance procedures.
- Analyze and diagnose RF (Radio Frequency) interference, power consumption, and connectivity issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for partners and customers.
- Evaluate, test, and validate wireless hardware, sensors, and gateways.
