Under the direction of the Safety Manager, the Field Safety Representative is a salaried role responsible for supporting and strengthening the company’s field safety program across customer job sites, embedded service locations, and larger project environments. This position provides hands-on safety leadership through scheduled site visits and operational support. The primary focus of this role is field oversight, program implementation, coaching, and continuous improvement — not long-term assignment to a single project. Work hours are generally aligned with standard business operations.

Essential Duties
- Travel regularly to customer sites to support a structured field visitation schedule across embedded locations, large-scale projects, shutdown/turnaround work, and elevated-risk scopes. In limited circumstances, temporary on-site assignments may be required to meet operational or customer needs.
- Provide field safety oversight and program support across customer job sites, embedded service locations, and large or higher-risk projects through scheduled site visits and operational engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, OSHA regulations, and other applicable safety expectations by conducting jobsite walk-throughs, participating in site safety meetings, inspections, and audits, reviewing documentation (JSAs, permits, LOTO, etc.), completing field safety reporting, and developing site-related safety plans.
- Work closely with project managers and site leads to assess field performance, strengthen work execution, and drive a culture of safety through consistent presence, coaching, and accountability.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of field safety practices and programs, identify gaps or trends, and collaborate with the Safety Manager and Operations to develop, implement, and continuously improve field safety processes and standards.
- Lead and support incident investigations at customer sites, including responding to field-related incidents as needed, conducting interviews, documenting findings, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with internal and customer safety departments to determine and track corrective actions.
- Promotes safe behaviors to help drive a positive safety culture across all levels of the workforce.

Education and/or Work Experience-
- High School (Minimum or Equivalent)
- OSHA 30 Certification, TWIC, and First Aid/CPR/AED required prior to hire
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing safety representation or EHS auditing in a field setting, preferably with an industrial service provider or industrial contractor
- Extensive knowledge of General Industry and/or Construction EHS programs and regulatory agency standards and regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, DEQ, BSSE, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-110,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Maintenance Lead (Working Lead)
Position Overview
The Maintenance Lead (Working Lead) is a hands‑on leader responsible for performing maintenance work while directing the daily activities of the maintenance team. Hands-On Technical Maintenance

- Monitor crew execution on assigned programs to ensure work is progressing per schedule and in compliance with specifications
- Confirm site readiness conditions are met prior to crew deployment — access, safety clearances, and materials in place
- Escalate execution issues, quality concerns, or MOP/SOP deviations to the Sr. PM immediately
- Support acceptance activities by ensuring team-produced documentation, test results, and as-built records are complete and accurate before submission to client
3. MOP/SOP Compliance & Quality Monitoring
- Verify that crews are executing against current, client-approved MOPs and SOPs for all assigned work activities
- Monitor quality checkpoints throughout execution and flag deviations or defects for resolution
- Support corrective action tracking when issues are identified during execution or acceptance testing
- Maintain accurate program documentation in alignment
4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Serve as a daily point of coordination for field supervisors, site leads, and crew members on assigned programs
- Communicate program status, risks, and crew updates to the Sr. PM on a regular cadence
- Support client-facing reporting by providing accurate, timely inputs on assigned workstreams
- Assist in preparing materials for governance forums, QBRs, and delivery reviews as directed
5. Team & Crew Support
- Coordinate with field supervisors and site leads to ensure crews are properly resourced and briefed for each work activity
- Support onboarding of new crew members to assigned programs, including site orientation and documentation review
- Reinforce a safety-first culture: ensure crew compliance with client EHS requirements, data center access protocols, and IG Consulting safety policies

Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of program or project coordination experience in data center, infrastructure, or technology deployment environments

Our client, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager. The Electrical PM will have expertise in electrical systems including electrical distributed power generation, feeds, distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, UPS, and low voltage systems. The PE is responsible for overseeing the engineering of these systems for major capital projects and initiatives from conceptualization through programming, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out.
The Electrical PM will be responsible for multiple high-complexity projects of diverse scope that require an understanding of state of the art construction techniques and a high level of expertise in electrical systems, as well as rigor in compliance, and the highest standard of care. Science projects include research laboratories, vivarium, pilot scale manufacturing, major scientific equipment, amenity space, outdoor plaza, site lighting, and infrastructure projects.
The Electrical PM shall collaborate with the project team to effectively identify innovative solutions and bring clarity to the project process using a sophisticated analytical approach and sound judgement. Core focus areas include defining and meeting project goals for electrical systems, reviewing budgets, schedules, scopes, and quality, as well as risk mitigation and responding to field conditions and construction logistics and challenges.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Project Management team in developing the budget and schedule for design and construction projects, including renovations and green field projects.

- Provides detailed reviews of and comments on due diligence reports, test fits, Basis of Design documents, room data sheets, construction documents and specifications prepared by the design professionals, checking for thoroughness, accuracy and compliance with the project requirements, design and documentation standards and minimize errors and omissions.
- Identifies long lead time equipment for potential Early Works purchasing by the contractor

- Makes frequent site visits to ensure that electrical requirements are being implemented correctly during construction and creates field reports.
- Reviews Design Professional punch lists.

- Assists the Asset Management and Operations team in preparing equipment lists for import into the Integrated Workplace Management System
- Coaches and Mentors other members of engineering staff and supervises day to day operation of electrical systems.
- Interacts with municipalities and Con-Ed to obtain building permits and inspections.
- Supervises, coordinates, and schedules work with outside contractors and internal technicians.
- Audits, tests, commissions, and validates Facilities systems and also provide specialized engineering support services to RGC, PMPD, PCD, IT, & Vivarium groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- Minimum of 5 years in an electrical engineering role
- In depth knowledge and extensive experience in electrical systems for complex life science laboratory and vivarium projects
- Skilled in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SharePoint and Bluebeam Revu
- IWMS system experience

SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES: This Manufacturing Engineer II (sterile) will lead validated, compliant CAPEX projects and new product/equipment introductions that improve OEE, reduce scrap, and integrate seamlessly into production, on-time and on-budget. - Own and control project scopes, schedules and budgets; manage risks/issues and communicate status to stakeholders
- Lead cross functional execution with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Global Engineering
- Manage CAPEX, PO releases, FAT/SAT planning, cost tracking/forecasting and accruals; deliver fiscal year plan on time and on budget
- Prepare and maintain audit ready documentation aligned to US cGMP
- Operate in accordance with standard cleanroom conduct consistent with ISO 14644 practices and internal QMS and site Contamination Control Strategy
- Own change controls (local and global)- initiation, risk assessment, execution plan, verification of effectiveness and closure
- Lead/support validation and qualification for equipment, products, processes, etc.
- Integrate into operations; plan trials and downtime, coordinate line readiness/tech transfer, create/update SOPs, define PM requirements and maintenance plans, ensure spares/training are in place
- Support quality investigations
- Drive continuous improvement with Lean to improve OEE, scrap rates, uptime and cycle times

I’m working with a well-established global manufacturer to identify a Plant Manager for their facility in Columbia, Missouri. This role has full ownership of plant operations and plays a key role in continuing to strengthen safety, performance, and Lean manufacturing practices.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited for someone who’s comfortable being on the floor, holding teams accountable, and driving results across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall leadership of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, engineering, materials, and safety
- Driving a strong EHS culture and ensuring OSHA and environmental compliance
- Meeting production, quality, cost, and delivery targets aligned with business objectives
- Leading, developing, and holding accountable a multi-functional leadership team

What You Do:
Supplier Quality:
- Act as the lead for all aspects of supplier quality
- Work cross-functionally to evaluate the current Supplier base and create supplier scorecards
- Manage supplier tier list and inspection processes based on supplier performance
- Development of sampling and testing procedures for current and new materials. Creates instructions to standardize the process
- Track any Supplier non-conformances and work with the Quality and Purchasing teams to find solutions to these non-conformances
- Coordinate corrective actions from vendors when repeat quality issues are discovered
- Continuous improvement of incoming inspection process for the receiving team
- Establish vendor code of conduct
Quality Assurance:
- Assist team in Continuous Improvement efforts by managing center line aspect of our lean systems for all work centers
- Develop process improvements for outgoing finished good inspections to work towards a “zero defects” culture
- Assist with initiatives to train operators to specific customer requirements and cosmetic expectations to improve “Right First Time” and reduce complaints
- Support the efforts in quality and environmental system audits to ensure compliance and standards
- Assist in the routine management of quality systems (change requests, document control, process audits)
Environmental Health & Safety
- Support sustainability initiatives internally and with vendors to support our growing EHS commitment (material waste, process efficiencies)

Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience within quality
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

- ISO knowledge and audit experience
- Lean and/or Six Sigma training, certifications, or experience
- Willingness to travel as needed for supplier visits/audits, etc. (very infrequently – 2-3 trips per year)
