General Summary of Position:
The Relationship Development Associate (RDA) is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts. This role emphasizes proactive account management, quarterly reviews, and strategic engagement with existing clients to increase revenue through upselling. The ideal candidate will leverage in-depth product knowledge, client insights, and executive-level engagement to deepen relationships, understand clients' business challenges, and grow accounts.

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. The Inventory Technician is responsible for performing routine tasks at a customer site to support inventory management and operational efficiency. This role involves handling consumables, chemicals, samples, and other materials while ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
In this role you will:
Facilitate orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment and ensure timely restocking at point-of-use locations.
Receive and process inbound shipments from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others.
Manage and maintain customer stockroom inventory, including daily replenishment across the site.
Handle chemicals and hazardous materials in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Maintain and inspect safety stations to ensure readiness and compliance.
Perform basic shipping duties and support production packaging, cylinder delivery/pickup, waste disposal, and glass washing.

Conduct inventory control activities including:Monitoring slow-moving and obsolete stock; Performing cycle counts and annual physical inventories; Generating inventory reports and customer metrics
Coordinate schedules with team members to ensure coverage and workflow continuity.
Demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks and collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational needs.
Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude and act as a liaison for inventory-related inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations and customer satisfaction.
