Position Overview:
An Account Manager (AM) uses negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the AM works within a team, offering support where necessary, but also works on his/her own initiative and prioritizes his/her own workload. The ideal AM is self-motivated, motivates and inspires others, as well as being highly driven and works well under high pressure to meet deadlines. The role is a key member of the team and requires a careful balance between the client’s needs, wants and priorities, and the company’s bottom line. The AM plays a crucial role in client retention that leads to loyalty and advocacy.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a New Business Development (NBD) teammate and Customer Excellence team members.
- Earn referrals and retain customers.
- Work with the NBD teammate on new acquisitions including taking part in negotiations and through the late phase selling cycle.
- Ensure smooth transitions of new accounts from NBD teammate to AM.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Develop multiple points of contact within each customer account.
- Maintain regular contact with the customer base including phone calls, emails, face to face meetings, entertainment, etc. Networking/event attendance is required to build a network as well as entertaining customers.
- Become a resource to clients by connecting customers together, providing market information, inviting to valuable events, etc.
- Respond within 24 hours to all customer requests and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Develop pricing strategy and ensure profitability aligned with company goals.
- Daily/weekly paperwork and review of strategic opportunistic execution.
- Develop an understanding of each facet of USM’s services.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to capture daily activities and ensure alignment with metrics/goals.
- Use inventory management tool (Shared Logic) to view and provide details on loads to customers.
- Responsible for contract renewals, negotiations, and developing anchoring strategies.
- Regularly review each account to validate customer needs are met.
- Communicate weekly progress of initiatives and goals to National Director of Strategic Accounts.
- Perform up to 50% travel per month.

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to guide the strategic planning and execution of email programs that drive customer engagement and business results. This role will focus on developing and optimizing email strategies across campaigns, automations, and journeys, translating marketing objectives and customer insights into effective messaging, targeting, and lifecycle approaches. The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will partner closely with stakeholders to guide campaign direction, oversee quality assurance and approvals, and ensure timely, accurate deployment through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and evolving email programs, a strong understanding of HTML/CSS and Marketing Cloud Automations and Journeys, and a collaborative, strategic mindset. Compensation:

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Mid Market Regional Sales Executives (RSE) is a "Hunter" role responsible for acquiring new Strata 2 customers within a defined geographic territory. Incumbent will be the face of ePac in their local market, building relationships and closing new business. The objective is to establish and grow ePac's footprint in their region by relentlessly pursuing new logo acquisition. Each RSE will be able to utilize our lead generation team to support their sales growth within one of our manufacturing plant locations. A territory covers about 120 miles and could involve some national accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full sales cycle for acquiring new Strata 2 customers in an assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and prioritize high-potential local prospects.
- Build a robust pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
- Manage the negotiation and closing process for new mid-market accounts.
- Execute a clean and thorough handoff of new customers to their assigned Mid-Market Account Manager.

Experience in working with client in USA is a Must, and in coordinating between Onsite-Offshore daily Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Apex/Visualforce and Lightning coding, and in Salesforce administration, configuration and customization, including reports and dashboards This Role will have substantial Architecting/Solutioning responsibility, as well as lot of hands-on Coding to be done Certifications: Must Have: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2), and atleast 2 of the Architect-stream Certifications Nice to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301), Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certifications, Omnistudio Consultant Knowledge: Very good experience in having architected and implemented Salesforce solutions, from a Development perspective.
