The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Provides comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients with a variety of medical conditions. This includes but is not limited to performing malnutrition assessments nutrition focused physical exams diet educations and providing nutrition support recommendations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Consults with and/or makes recommendations to physicians and other allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses nutrient needs or specific diet plans.
* Formulates nutrition assessment evaluation and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk as ordered by providers or according to departmental policy. Recommends and documents patient's nutrition treatment findings and plan in the patient's medical record.
* Consults in/outpatients in diet rationale for self-management.

* Reviews at least one annual review of literature pertinent to the area(s) of responsibility and presents to peers in Journal Club.

* Attends pertinent meetings to enhance clinical practice growth records and documents in CDR Professional Development Plan.
* Performs at least one annual formal professional presentation in the area of specialty to allied health professionals or the community.

- Coordinate with clients, co-counsel, regulatory agencies, and other external parties
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, government officials, agency personnel, and other stakeholders
- Maintain daily calendars and manage attorney schedules, keeping them apprised of project deadlines, regulatory timelines, and transaction milestones
- Schedule and organize meetings, client calls, travel, and conferences for attorneys
- Manage multiple matter calendars and maintain organized files, including electronic files and databases
- Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda under attorney supervision
- Possess strong attention to detail, perform self-review and ask questions as needed in preparation of legal documents, letters and other written materials
- Analyze factual information under the supervision of the assigning attorney
- Manage hard copy and electronic files; document organization and maintenance, including uploading to and downloading from third-party sites and client portals
- Create new files and maintain existing files utilizing an automated records management system
- Maintain personal correspondence, reading files, billing letters, expense reports, and other client related documents in accordance with Firm standard filing procedures
- Open new client/matter files per Firm procedures
- Provide matter management support as needed across various practice areas
- Enter timesheets into Aderant database for attorneys
- Prepare monthly client billing according to Firm guidelines (including review for edits/corrections)
- Prepare reimbursement and expense requests, tracking reimbursements for receipt of payment
- Overtime and flexibility will be required on occasion
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned with regard to this position
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- At least five (5) years' experience in above skill areas
- Experience supporting federal regulatory practice and/or transactional matters strongly preferred
- Experience with federal agency portals and case management systems (e.g., CFIUS) considered a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe software programs
- Strong office organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills, as well as tact and diplomacy sufficient to gain the respect of attorneys and employees
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientated
- Maintains positive, productive working relationships with attorneys, colleagues and clients
- Proficiency in navigating through entire Microsoft Office Suite/Nuance/Outlook
- Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills

The Opportunity
The Operations Administrator supports the day-to-day functions of RXN and helps ensure internal processes, communications, and administrative workflows run smoothly. This role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven approach and strong written communication skills to help maintain clear documentation, consistent workflows, and a smooth experience for RXN employees.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and supporting the CEO, COO, and Head of Practice, this position strengthens RXN's operational connective tissue by helping the leadership team implement, document, and communicate firmwide policies and processes. The role combines strong writing, operational precision, and creative problem-solving to help RXN's executives and teams work smarter and more cohesively.
Your Role at RXN
Administrative and Leadership Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership, helping coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
- Coordinate internal operational logistics, including meetings, onboarding activities, and team events.
- Act as a primary resource for internal administrative requests, facilitating timely resolution and cross-team coordination.
- Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions for executive, board, and all-hands meetings.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for key internal events (leadership meetings, workshops, retreats, and training sessions).
Business Operations & Process Management
- Create, file, and maintain firm documents, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and LOIs.
- Support the Chief of Staff and COO in developing and maintaining RXN's business policies (finance, expense, HR, IT, and legal & compliance).
- Maintain organized records and files across internal systems to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Track, organize, and maintain firm and client budgets.
- Develop and refine internal templates, trackers, and communication systems that make RXN's processes easier to navigate and adopt for people managers and client team leaders.
- Ensure firmwide compliance with internal procedures by helping team members find, understand, and apply RXN policies effectively.
Internal Communications & Learning
- Draft and distribute company-wide communications and process guides.
- Help design and coordinate all-hands meetings, leadership communications, and internal learning sessions.
- Create collateral such as slide decks, procedure one-pagers, and summary briefs for team-wide initiatives.
- Maintain an organized library of internal knowledge resources and policy documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Help coordinate logistics for internal initiatives, firm-wide affairs, projects, and cross-team operational efforts.
Culture, Events, & Engagement
- Support internal learning and development initiatives and coordinate training logistics.
- Assist with planning and executing internal events, celebrations, and client events and "fly-ins".
- Coordinate with finance and HR to support expense management, onboarding, and team operations.
