Position Overview


Quest CE is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue through outbound prospecting and full-cycle SaaS sales. This role is focused on building pipeline, managing opportunities thoughtfully, and consistently executing the sales process in a structured, goal-oriented environment.


You will oversee the sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement, working directly with C-suite decision-makers at regulated financial services firms. In this role, you will position Quest CE’s compliance technology platform as a practical, scalable solution that helps firms manage regulatory requirements more efficiently and gain better visibility into their training, risk and reporting processes.


Key Responsibilities


Outbound Pipeline Generation

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting (40–60 calls per day, strategic email outreach, and industry engagement)
  • Identify and engage C-level and senior decision-makers within broker-dealers and investment advisory firms
  • Qualify prospects and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership

  • Conduct discovery conversations and web-based product demonstrations
  • Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
  • Meet or exceed defined revenue, pipeline, and activity targets

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and progression of opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless client transition post-close
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support product development and positioning
  • Stay current on regulatory changes, competitor activity, and industry trends


Earnings

On-target earnings (OTE) range from $70,000–$130,000 during the first 12–24 months, consisting of base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers have earning potential beyond this range.

The Senior Investment Sales Analyst plays a critical role supporting Boerke’s Investment Sales Team through advanced financial analysis, property valuation, market research, and the production of institutional‑quality offering materials. Under the direction of the Director of Transaction Management, this position has meaningful responsibility across the full transaction lifecycle; from initial underwriting and valuation to marketing execution and closing support. This role offers deep exposure to investment sales, capital markets, and institutional clients in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Valuation

  • Independently build, review, and refine detailed financial models, including pro formas, discounted cash flow analyses, IRR models, sensitivity analysis, rent-roll forecasting, and NOI projections.
  • Lead underwriting efforts across major commercial real estate asset classes, with an emphasis on industrial, retail, multifamily, and office investments.
  • Evaluate operating statements, lease abstracts, capital expenditure assumptions, debt structures, and market inputs to support pricing strategy and investment recommendations.
  • Prepare and present Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), pricing guidance, and valuation narratives for internal and client use.

Deal Execution & Transaction Support

  • Assist in preparing high-quality offering memoranda, teasers, proposals, and pitch materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, investment sales, capital markets, investment banking, appraisal, private equity, or a related analytical role.

The Role

As the Operations & Client Experience Manager, you are the day-to-day leader of our Cottage Grove showroom.

You own the customer experience from the moment someone reaches out — through design, installation, and follow-up. You keep operations tight, communication clear, and the team aligned. You set the tone, the pace, and the standard.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Creating a Premium Client Experience

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers and showroom appointments
  • Ensure every interaction feels warm, professional, and on-brand
  • Maintain a clean, organized, inspiring showroom
  • Ensure customers feel informed, cared for, and confident

Sales Support & Lead Management

  • Respond quickly to phone, email, and web inquiries
  • Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations
  • Follow up on warm leads, past clients, and missed opportunities
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and local performance

Scheduling & Operations

  • Coordinate installations, service calls, and repairs
  • Confirm appointments and ensure payment readiness
  • Track orders, timelines, and customer files accurately

Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead and support a small team (2–3 employees)

Your Impact

As the Director of Private Label, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our private label portfolio.
