As a Hospice Admissions Nurse, you will be responsible for executing the hospice admission process in compliance with federal and state regulations. You will advocate for the patient and family to meet their needs that hospice can cover and refer them to other resources as appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Demonstrates competency with potential patients, hospice eligibility and meeting with families in assessment of their needs
* Maintains confidentiality and safety of patient/client clinical records
* Completes assigned admissions and patient care orders in an effective and timely manner
* Communicates effectively with physician(s), referral sources, patient, family, and hospice interdisciplinary team regarding the new admission of a patient. Records that may be relevant to determine hospice eligibility
* Communicates effectively with operational, clinical and sales leadership regarding status of pending referrals

Required Qualifications:

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Performs operations to nail, belt, expand, flatten/stress relief, and trim aluminum core details to customer-defined dimensions. Operates a variety of custom expanding equipment, large band saws with moving tables, large power shear, hot glue applicators, powered lift equipment and a Programmable Logic Controlled oven. Performs any MRP transactions as required.
  • Performs set-ups, first part checks and any specific nailing, belting, expanding, trimming and when necessary stress relief of Aluminum core slices to meet customer requirements.
  • Uses a tape measure, a dial caliper, 6" rule and micrometer. Uses visual inspections and sales order review specification list to ensure product meets customer specifications, especially length, width, thickness, and cell count (cells per inch).
  • Uses a computer and calculator to compute and enter data for MRP transactions.
  • Enters proper temperature and timing on heat stress oven to assure optimum flatness of core.
  • Transports product by hand, powered lift, and manually powered cart.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year experience required preferably in manufacturing. Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience in the Hexcel Casa Grande facility may substitute in lieu of one year experience. Previous Hexcel experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in use of tape measure and ruler.
  • Basic working knowledge of computer data entry function preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

As a Starbucks Barista, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest's needs over task.
  • Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
  • Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing, and storing reserve product.
  • Always be aware of current & future promotions within Starbucks.
  • Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety.
  • Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift.
  • Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
  • Produce hand-crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
  • Follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items, as outlined in best practice.
  • Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices.
  • Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to best practice.
  • Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices.
  • Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensure an accurate recording of inventory.
  • Execute sampling best practices.
  • Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
  • Complete all required training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
  • When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
  • Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.
  • All other duties based on business needs.

The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Starbucks Barista. But, there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  • Work both independently and with a team.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly.
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

We are an awesome place to work and care about our teams, so we want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics that we expect:

  • Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
  • Climb up and down ladders.
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 4 pounds.
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
  • Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34F to -10F as needed.
  • Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present.
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
