Assume responsibility for World Class Client accounts and other accounts as assigned. Client Executive Service associates act as a leader for the service team members to include Client Administrators and Client Managers, as well as Marketing and Risk & Loss associates as the need for their expertise occurs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee ongoing account service activities.
- Prepare monthly production and activity reports.

- Prepare all orders and instructions to Client Administrator.
- Manage expiration lists.
- Act as a leader for the service team members.

- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration when faced with client difficulties.
- Focus the team on the internal and external client requirements, familiarizing them with client specifications, work procedures and processes, quality standards, techniques and tools to support task performance.
- Provide necessary business information to enhance the team's professional development.
- Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy client requirements, cost and schedule.
- Work closely with department Manager and Director of Client Services to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements, discuss project impediments, and to escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team.
- Establish and consistently maintain effective and positive working relationships with Associates and clients.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 or more years of daily World Class Client service experience is required; or, a minimum of 6 years industry experience showing increasing responsibility directly related to the performance of the above duties including 3 or more years of daily World Class Client service.
- Maintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license and a valid Drivers license.
- Achieve and maintain advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties such as CPCU or CIC designations.
- Excellent understanding of insurance terminology, trends and factor influencing the industry, and the various lines of Business Insurance insurance.
- Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prioritize tasks, set and achieve goals, think logically in solving problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in both oral and written form.
- Ability to present complicated information to a variety of interest groups in a clear and unambiguous way, connecting with the group in terms of style and content.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- Flag operational risks related to shortages, aged inventory, or misaligned demand
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Own recurring updates for sales dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Build ad-hoc analyses to support Sales leadership and decision-making
- Fulfill data requests (e.g., KeHE inventory pulls, Dot Foods portal data)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting tools
Career Requirements/What we ask of you:
- 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or a related role with a Consumer Packaged Goods organization
- Experience leading operational teams, preferably in order processing or customer operations
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting experience
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Comfortable navigating customer portals, distributor systems, and internal tools

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Execution
- Assist in defining product requirements and writing clear PRDs / feature specifications for new golf hardware and companion apps / firmware updates
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and golfer/user interviews to uncover unmet needs and validate product ideas
- Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks
- Work closely with engineering (hardware + firmware), industrial design, manufacturing, UX/UI, and marketing/sales teams to ensure smooth execution from concept → prototype → production → launch
- Gather and analyze user feedback, on-course testing data, return rates, reviews, and sales performance to inform iteration decisions
- Help prepare go-to-market materials, launch plans, pricing recommendations, and positioning for golf retail channels (pro shops, online, big-box sporting goods)
- Track key product metrics (adoption, NPS, repeat purchase, warranty rates, gross margin) and prepare regular progress reports/dashboards
- Participate in field testing (on golf courses, driving ranges) to experience products in real-world conditions

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis

- Analyze on-course testing data, reviews, return rates, and sales performance

Qualifications and Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sports Management, Industrial Design, or related field
- Genuine passion for golf and understanding of golfer pain points / on-course needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and golfer needs for engineers
- Basic familiarity with product development processes (Agile/Scrum, hardware development cycles, stage-gate processes)

Application Manager – Role Summary
The Application Manager is responsible for identifying and delivering winning solutions for ODU and our customers. This role quotes and secures custom connector and cable assembly projects, owning and driving the project from concept through design-win and into serial production while ensuring profitability and strong customer satisfaction. As the primary customer stakeholder representative, the Application Manager manages all project related communication between the customer and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quotation process for custom connector and cable assembly projects, providing ROM and firm quotes that ensure profitable growth.
- Drive projects from initial concept through design-win and into series/serial production.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear and timely communication between the customer and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Project Management, Product Development Engineering, Field Application Engineers, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Product Team Leaders throughout the full project and production process.

Heffernan Kettering Rose Insurance is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive. This role blends sales responsibilities with those of a typical Executive Account Manager. This is a dynamic role, serving as a team lead supporting their Producer(s) while providing a spectrum of innovative strategies to develop and maintain customers' insurance and risk management needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Total account responsibility, including marketing and account management for assigned clients.
- Travel for client and carrier meetings, customer events, association events, and conferences. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
- Ability to take the lead in managing renewals.
- Cross-sell other lines of coverage when meeting with clients.
- Active participation in client presentations for new and renewal business.
- Development of new business and renewal strategies. This will include preparing specifications and marketing materials, securing underwriting information, analyzing existing coverage, and making recommendations to clients.
- Guide fast-paced new business submissions through underwriting by creating SOV’s, ACORD applications, loss projections, narrative of operations, etc.
- Correspond with producer(s), clients, and underwriters during the submission process..
- Coordinate all aspects of the renewal marketing process with the client and provide program structure, review, and analysis.
- Must be able to handle complex accounts, including account placement, preparing account specifications, price negotiations, and alternative risk services.
- Provide technical competence in areas of coverage and current markets.
- Manage account services, as customary with that of an Executive Account Manager role. Must be capable of managing and balancing many different relationships – including clients, team members and carriers.
- Evaluate insureds' needs, while communicating renewal strategy to the Account Management team.
- Meet regularly with insureds to manage and build rapport throughout the year.
- Conduct various training sessions for clients, including workers' compensation reporting, GL and property reporting awareness, and various strategic trainings throughout the year.
- Attend loss prevention and similar meetings on-site and prepare clients for such meetings.
- Conduct on-site risk audits for prospective clients.
- Attend workers' compensation claims consulting meetings.
- Attend and participate in regular team sales meetings.
- Thorough documentation is required for each account, and E&O procedures must be strictly followed.
- Other duties and special technical projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education – High School graduate/GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance work experience in a related position.
- An active P&C insurance license is required.
- CIC or other advanced designation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
- Proven analytical, marketing, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $125,000.00 to $150,000.00. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. This role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
