Director of Construction - Healthcare Market

Responsibilities:
- The Lead Superintendent oversees the construction effort on complex, large healthcare projects or multiple healthcare projects to ensure it is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
- This position directly supervises and mentors the Superintendents assigned to the project/s, collaborates with the project management team, manages the Owner’s expectations, ensures productivity of subcontractors, and provides leadership in complying with applicable project, and regulation requirements.

What you will do:

- Assists with development of work scopes and front-end documents for bidding to create clear and concise scopes of work based on full understanding of the contract documents and applicable work rules/jurisdictions; assists with bid process including participation in post-bid interviews and answering bidder questions.
- Partners with Project Executives with management of overall budget and forecasting of usage, by helping to control cost and monitoring potential changes from contractors, including time and materials.
- Attends internal and external (with owners and designers) project meetings to provide field progress reports, awareness of challenges faced, and help problem-solve on construction activities.
- Manages the installation of the work in the field to the quality standards required for the project.
- Supports the success of the project team, specifically upcoming Superintendents, by sharing lessons learned and training/mentoring; acts as a career advocate.

Job Description
Shipping: Prepare products for shipment to customers or branches as required by sales order. This may include UPS, motor freight or delivery by our truck. Ensure products and paperwork and computer information agree 100%. Prepare shipping documentation as required. Ensure all shipments are delivered to destination as specified.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Logistics Manager coordinates supply chain activities to enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable profitable growth. This position collaborates with customers, other customer center functions, Regional Operations Managers, the Atlas Copco North American Service Center (NASC), the ACT! team (managing the SAP template), Distribution Centers, Production Companies, and Divisional HQ to achieve common local and global objectives, ensuring efficient, transparent, and resilient logistics processes.
Logistics
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to oversee warehouse processes across four regional warehouses, including designing processes for expediting unused parts returns, conducting data analysis for optimal inventory levels, and inventory reduction initiatives.
- Oversee the process of updating the ERP system with accurate data to improve delivery date forecasts for customers and the sales team, accounting for variables such as transport times, shipping lanes, and port issues, in collaboration with the ACT! team.
- Coordinate with the NASC for transportation operations (managing 90% of inbound and outbound shipments) and liaise with their trade compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Oversee logistics operations for regional branches and service contracts, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, on-time delivery, return processing efficiency, and forecast accuracy; mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., port disruptions or supplier delays) through contingency planning and stakeholder collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and Business Development (The Hunter Role)
- Aggressively identify, develop, and secure new accounts that align with the company’s premium market position and philosophy.
- Strive to consistently add greater value and profitable sales growth for the organization.
- Establish and maintain new business development programs, including lead generation, customer presentations, and new market penetration.
- Maximize sales volume by circulating and developing contacts across different departments and divisions at existing accounts.
- Participate in strategic corporate activities, including trade shows, industry seminars, and client entertainment.
- Provide management with regular feedback on prospecting, call activity, and estimate win/loss ratio.
- Client Management and Service
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality service to all accounts, ensuring prompt customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Proactively assess customers’ plans, including future print projects and budgets, and communicate critical information to management.
- Assist the customer in planning jobs by offering creative and technical expertise on design, layout, file format, print specifications, and finishing requirements.
- Develop marketing profiles on key accounts and maintain a detailed, up-to-date client database (e.g., ACT).
- Project Coordination and Administration
- Collaborate seamlessly with Account Service and the Project Management/Production team on all job activities, ensuring planning, technical aspects, schedules, and timely delivery are harmonized with the customer’s deadline dates.
- Obtain complete and accurate customer job specifications for estimating.
- Close sales based upon the final estimate and selling price approved by the Estimating department and executive management.
- Review completed proposals from Account Service for accuracy before submission.
- Ensure that credit approval is obtained on all new clients before order entry.
- Participate in collection activity as required and communicate all billing issues to the Finance department promptly. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field and/or equivalent sales experience.
- 5+ years of proven, successful experience selling custom printing, premium packaging, or a related high-value manufacturing solution.
- Thorough knowledge of printing techniques, production processes, sales, and negotiating techniques.
- A career objective demonstrating a long-term commitment and exceptional character, ethics, and integrity.
- High levels of self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, and intelligence, essential for success in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication skills, with a specific emphasis on building deep personal and long-term business relationships.
- Analytical skills with the ability to look beyond standard solutions and use thinking and reasoning to solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to actively listen, analyze needs, and determine customer requirements.
- Must be a positive, solutions-based communicator who can interact effectively with all levels within a client's organization.

THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Teleskope, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting large enterprise organizations. You'll be a critical driver of our growth, expanding our customer base by winning new logos and developing key accounts. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a seller who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to help shape the future of a category-defining company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting enterprise accounts
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue quotas
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outbound efforts
- Expand Teleskope's enterprise customer base by winning new logos and developing key accounts
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize pipeline generation and messaging
- Accurately forecast deals and maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot CRM
- Provide market and customer feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and strategy
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise SaaS Account Executive managing the full sales cycle
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota (100%+ attainment), ideally in high-growth SaaS environments
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Experience selling into HR, IT, or employee experience markets strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipeline and winning new enterprise logos
- Excellent executive presence with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM a plus
