  • Thorough understanding and ability to perform screening and underwriting of new, lending opportunities developed by the commercial banker and other commercial portfolio managers

  • Prepares memorandum and facilitates the underwriting of new transactions and/or renewals.
  • Works directly with other internal departments including commercial credit analysts, appraisal services group and loan administration.

  • Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

This is accomplished primarily through calling leads generated through marketing activities, warm calling prospects, club tours and contests. Sales reps are expected to meet monthly quotas and be productive within 30 days of starting. Great sales reps must be able to quickly identify potential member's needs and use solution-selling techniques to close the sale. They must be able to present the customer a solution to their specific needs using the services offered by the club. This is a competitive sales position, with the clear objective of always meeting quota and constant improvement. Cooperation in a team environment is also essential. Pay is hourly plus commissions!
