Job Summary:
The Strategic Relationship Manager will report directly to the Distribution Relationship Leader and will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth, strategy, and performance of PCS insurance distribution partners. This role will strengthen broker and agency partnerships and ensure the delivery of tailored insurance solutions that protect the lifestyle and assets of HNW individuals. The successful candidate is an effective communicator who can align and influence internal and external stakeholders while building trust and commitment for PCS.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management
- Contribute to the ongoing communication of the underwriting strategy, including large account targets to deliver growth and profitability to maximize distribution value.
- Execution of broker plans, benchmark wealth segments, monitor top producer progress to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Partnership Management
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned brokers, agents, and distributors who specialize in HNW clientele.
- Identify distribution partners that align with PCS large account strategy and product offerings.
Sales Enablement
- Provide training and resources to ensure distributors understand the unique aspects of PCS HNW insurance products.
Client-Centric Solutions
- Collaborate with underwriting and clients to tailor offerings and unique insurance solutions.
Performance Management
- Monitor overall production of account pipeline, activity, prospects and customer acquisition through pipeline reporting and Salesforce application.
- Regularly review channel performance against growth objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:

- Capability to provide customized solutions that can fit the high demands of customers dealing with JIT (Just-In-Time) supply chains
- Quarterly customer visits, to include international visits as needed, for intensifying strategic dialogue and commitment.
General Management
- Oversee all product services provided by agents and vendors within the Global Key Account network.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing vendors; maintain governance and ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless operational performance.

Position Summary:
As a Swimming Pool Design and Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by leveraging your expertise in pool design and sales to attract new clients and create inspiring pool designs. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, preparing design proposals, presenting concepts, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and preferences for swimming pool design and construction.
- Generate innovative pool designs that align with clients' visions, preferences, and budgets.
- Create detailed design proposals, including 2D and 3D renderings, material selection, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure the feasibility and practicality of proposed designs.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design techniques to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- A passion for outdoor living spaces and a keen eye for aesthetic design.
- Proven experience in swimming pool or landscape design and sales.
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool or landscape design principles, materials, equipment, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Pool Studio, Viz Terra) and rendering tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.

Salary and Commission: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
