The A.L.C Client Advisor is a fashion industry professional specializing in styling services to boutique guests, celebrities, public figures, and high-profile individuals. The primary role of a stylist is to curate outfits, select clothing, accessories, and overall looks for guests, ensuring they appear stylish, polished, and on-trend for various events, red-carpet appearances, photo shoots, interviews, public appearances, and life in general.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance:

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the user and ensure product decisions consistently reflect their needs, behaviors, and lifestyles, translating those insights into relevant product direction, assortment evolution, and category growth.
- Partner closely with the Product and Product Development teams to ensure each style is intentionally built to meet defined user needs and performance expectations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, buying, or product merchandising within apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data, margin performance, and user insights.
- Proven ability to build and manage product assortments aligned with business goals.
- Experience working for a product-driven brand or developing assortments in close partnership with Product and Design teams strongly preferred.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Planning, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Experience working in direct-to-consumer (DTC), wholesale, or omnichannel environments preferred.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our largest and highest‑volume distribution branch in Miami. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for managing a large, established warehouse team and driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
This position requires a hands‑on leader with strong people management skills, the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, and experience operating at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee high‑volume warehouse operations at a flagship distribution location
- Directly manage a team of approximately 45–50 warehouse employees
- Drive accountability, performance, and engagement across multiple shifts
- Identify and resolve operational breakdowns and inefficiencies
- Implement and maintain strong safety, compliance, and process standards
- Partner closely with the Branch Manager on daily operations and staffing
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership (COO, CEO, VP of Sales)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory, throughput, and labor management
Required Experience
- 10+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience
- Proven experience managing large warehouse teams (40+ employees required)
- Background in high‑volume distribution operations
- Plumbing, PVF, HVAC, or building materials distribution experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading onsite, hands‑on warehouse teams

- Organize product samples in preparation for SKU selection and line reviews.
- Prepare SKU reports to assist buyers in creating effective and efficient SKU plans.
- Maintain proper documentation related to product quality to support product quality management processes.
Vendor Management
- Capture and organize accurate vendor and item data, ensuring that internal systems are up to date with the latest information.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to track data and updates.
- Ensure all products and packaging meet negotiated specifications and quality standards through proper documentation management and follow ups.
Trade Expertise & Market Research
- Assist in planning for trade shows by organizing agendas and coordinating with vendors.
- Gather product samples and item information post-trade show to support the buying decision-making process.
Pricing & Margin
- Monitor item data and assist with markdown planning by tracking sell-through targets, merchandise in/out dates, and SKU performance.
- Organize data and reports to aid in pricing and margin management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support effective communication between the Buying, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond promptly to internal requests for information.
Promotion Planning
- Gather and organize promotional contracts with vendors.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional events in collaboration with the buying and vendor promotions teams.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare detailed sell-through reports to monitor merchandise program inventory, sales, and margin performance.
- Provide analytical support to the buying team by generating reports on inventory, pricing, and promotions.

- 1-3 years in retail, buying coordination, or document management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
