SUMMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Head Coach for Men's Lacrosse/Game Management Assistant leads all facets of the men's lacrosse program, including practice and competition management, student-athlete recruitment and retention, fiscal oversight, supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, academic and personal development of studentathlete recruitment and retention, fiscal oversight, supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, academic and personal development of studentathletes, scheduling, travel coordination, and alumni and family engagement. In addition to coaching duties, the incumbent supports the Athletics Facilities team by performing secondary responsibilities as a game management assistant, contributing to the setup, coordination, and administration of home athletic events to ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for teams, officials, and spectators.
In carrying out these responsibilities, the incumbent follows the University's best practices to build and/or support student academic success and retention and assist in meeting strategic objectives for persistence and timely graduation of all the student population.
EXAMPLES OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lacrosse Coaching & Program Management
- Performs all the duties associated with managing and serving as the Head Coach of men's lacrosse, including but not limited to managing practices and competitions, team recruitment and retention, budget management (e.g., equipment, recruiting, personnel), supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, mentoring student-athletes, competition schedule development, transportation and meals for away contests, alumni and family engagement
- Ensures compliance with NCAA, Conference, and institutional policies and procedures, including the NCAA Principals of Ethical Conduct, and demonstrates professionalism on and off the field
- Reinforces the priorities of health and safety through attention to the NCAA acclimatization rules, NCAA Sports Sciences Institute consensus statements, National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletics Equipment (NOCSAE) protective equipment standards, institutional policies and procedures, and best practices in collaboration with the Sports Medicine team
- Collaborates with department and campus partners to support team publicity. statistics, health and injury reporting, equipment management, and the upkeep of sport and locker room facilities
- Assists with evaluating, selecting, and ordering program equipment and ensures that annual reconditioning and recertification of equipment is conducted
Game Management Support
- Serves as a member of the athletic facilities team for game management support

- Supports game day coordination to help deliver a positive and wellorganized game day experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Success Profile
The Fabric Manager is responsible for overseeing fabric research and development as well as pre- and post-production fabric execution across the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with the Vice President of Fabric R&D, Design, and Production teams to ensure fabric quality, aesthetic integrity, cost control, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is a textile expert with a strong eye for color and construction, deep fabric knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fabric Research & Development
- Partner with Design and the VP of Fabric R&D to initiate and drive the seasonal fabric adoption process across multiple product categories.
- Lead early-stage seasonal sourcing initiatives for assigned divisions.
- Provide expertise on fabric construction, innovation, performance, and technical feasibility to internal teams and external partners.
Pre-Production & Production Support
- Collaborate with Production teams to initiate pre-production fabric inquiries and align on material and quality requirements.
- Communicate fabric specifications, testing standards, and technical expectations to mills and vendors.
- Review and approve all fabric submission samples, including lab dips, handlooms, strike-offs, and bulk cut approvals.
- Analyze fabric testing reports to ensure compliance with company standards and provide approval feedback.
Quality, Costing & Process Management
- Monitor fabric quality and integrity throughout development and production to ensure consistency with design intent and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update fabric costing charts, PLM entries, and fabric development WIP reports on a daily basis.
- Partner with Production to resolve fabric-related challenges efficiently and proactively.
Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with cross-functional partners and leadership to review issues, risks, and directional updates related to fabrics.
- Build strong working relationships with mills, vendors, and factories globally.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Design, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in the apparel and/or textile industry with hands-on fabric development responsibility.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Premier Club Sports, the Premier Hockey Head Coach oversees all aspects of the college's Premier Club Hockey program, providing leadership, organization, and instruction to student-athletes. Gameday Men's Health is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own our paid acquisition strategy, execution, and profitability across our national campaigns. You will drive measurable patientgrowth through a true omnichannel approach, blending the high-intent capture of Google Ads with the expansive reach of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms.
This is a high-ownership role. You are brought in to build, prove, and scale our paid media engine. From Day 1, you’re in the driver’s seat architecting campaigns that launch national
initiatives and turn early concepts into highly profitable, compounding growth engines. You won't just run ads; you will design scalable blueprints, test aggressively, and leverage modern tools to pioneer next-generation paid media systems for our clinics.
What You Own
You are strictly accountable for:
● National Campaign Execution: Full-funnel management of paid search (Google Ads)
and paid social (Meta, TikTok) to drive profitability and national scale.
● The Creative & Testing Engine: Designing a compounding system that dramatically
accelerates our ability to produce, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives.
● Unit Economics: Proving positive unit economics, maintaining a clear growth model,
and driving key metrics like ROAS and CAC for patient acquisition.
● Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimizing post-click experiences, landing pages,

What You’ll Do
● Own the Engine: Manage end-to-end paid acquisition (especially Google Ads, Meta,
and TikTok) with profitability as your primary KPI.
● Scale or Kill: Design fast, disciplined experiments to validate demand, channels, and
positioning. Scale what works, kill what doesn’t quickly and decisively.
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with creative, SEO, operations, and

● Codify Playbooks: Document all your learnings into a "Paid Media Playbook" a

Skills & Experience
● 4+ years of hands-on, high-speed execution managing large-scale campaigns in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
● Deep Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals auction
dynamics, auto-bidding, creative testing, attribution, and CRO.
● First-Principles Thinking: Proven ability to build and manage scalable testing systems
across multiple channels with a systems-thinking approach.

Job Summary
To provide instructional, recruiting and organizational expertise for the Men's Basketball program at Georgia Tech, supporting the Head Coach in building an environment that inspires and empowers student-athletes to be champions in academics, competition, and life.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Coach in evaluating individual and team strengths and developing strategies for skill improvement.
- Support the Head Coach with all games, scrimmages, and practices.
- Support the Head Coach in providing appropriate discipline for student-athletes for violations of team rules or Georgia Tech and Association regulations, or conduct impacting upon team matters, team policies or the reputation of Georgia Tech and the Association.
- Assist the Head Coach and support staff in planning and supervising programs for player training, conditioning, and drug education and testing.

THE PURPOSE:
The Senior Technical Designer, Women’s Denim plays a critical role in translating creative design concepts into high-quality, production-ready garments. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, and overseas vendors to ensure fit, construction, and execution meet brand standards. With deep expertise in denim construction, pattern making, and fabric performance, this position serves as the technical bridge between concept and production.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Create and maintain detailed technical packages, including specifications, tolerances, grading, construction details, stitch callouts, and fit comments.
- Partner with the Technical Design Manager and cross-functional teams to establish appropriate fit, function, and construction intent for each style.
- Lead fit sessions across multiple sizes, providing clear, actionable feedback to vendors to achieve consistent fit and quality.
- Collaborate closely with overseas manufacturers to develop accurate patterns and resolve construction or fit issues throughout the development process.
- Ensure all garment specifications—including measurements, stitching techniques, and finishing details—are clearly defined and executed.
- Conduct quality reviews and address discrepancies identified during development or production to ensure consistency across all runs.
- Act as a key liaison between Design and Production, proactively troubleshooting technical issues and supporting on-time delivery.
- Manage and track workflow for assigned styles, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with overseas vendors and internal partners.
YOU ARE:
You are a detail-driven technical expert with a strong eye for fit, construction, and quality. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly with both creative and technical partners, and take pride in bringing product to life with precision. Highly organized and adaptable, you are comfortable managing multiple styles and timelines while maintaining the highest standards.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 5-8+ years of experience as a Technical Designer, preferably within women’s denim or apparel
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate design intent into production-ready specifications
- Proven experience with 5-pocket styles, jumpsuits, dresses, fashion tops, and jackets
- Strong understanding of pattern making, grading, and garment construction techniques
- Hands-on experience leading fit sessions and executing pattern corrections
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and how they impact fit and construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; Full Circle experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including vendor-facing correspondence
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience using Gerber AccuMark
- Experience working with international sourcing and overseas production partners
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
